I'm moving to Canberra from Qld for an APS role. I'll be working Mon - Friday with a possibility of a couple of WFH days.

I'm very respectful of other people, their space and boundaries, and would prefer my housemates to be the same. I am extremely diligent in paying on time including utilities etc.

I'm mostly a bubbly and friendly personality but love my personal space to recharge. I am up for chats, brunches and the odd adventure. I don't smoke, rarely drink and try to be in the gym 3 - 4 times per week.

I have a sassy 10yr old mini Dachshund, Max, who is well house trained and is very much an inside dog. He has a little separation anxiety but will be looking at doggy daycare options. He can be vocal towards other dogs in the house, particularly males, so probably best if he is the only animal. (Sorry, I know that's asking a bit but just being upfront to avoid any possible issues)
