Looking for an unfurnished room to fit my queen be and three bookshelves.
Hey there! Im from sydney originally but moved down to canberra to study and am currently in my second year of my Marketing Communications degree. In my free time im wither at work, or going for swims, walks around the lake or just hanging out and relaxing. My current lease is up mid-late January and am looking to move into a sharehouse with similar aged people who are happy to have a chat over a meal or a drink. Im a pretty sociable person but also enjoy my time alone just having a netflix binge every now and then. If you think we would get along let me know!
I’m a disability support worker, currently studying my cert 3 in individual support. I play footy and am a chilled person who goes with the flow and is always down for a good time. I’m from the far south coast. I’m looking for a shared house with amazing people who are easy to live with.
A bit about me, I am a recent PhD graduate from Sydney, starting a grad job in APS. I am a social guy but I don’t mind having my own space as well. I have lived in sharehouses previously, I’m neat, tidy and pretty relaxed, looking for a place with a similar feel
I'm looking for my own room with BIRs, large enough for a double bed and desk, while finishing up my PhD at ANU, ET 3-6 months, with a possible longer stay, dependent on PhD/work situation. I'm aiming for locations within a 15 min driving distance from ANU. I have savings which can guarantee my share of rent and bills for at least 7 months, and also have intermittent work demonstrating, tutoring and invigilating. I'm a very clean person with few obsessive quirks. I'm very happy to pitch in on the shared household chores. Ideally, I would want my own bathroom, or only have to share the bathroom with one other. I do weekly food prep, so would definitely need a functional kitchen and preferably a good oven to bake goodies to share. I have a keen interest in outdoors sports such as tennis, basketball, hiking, cycling and running. I enjoy reading, music, Netflix, sewing, knitting and just having a good chat. I play the harp, but don't practice at weird hours. I'm usually doing my PhD or playing tennis. I am friendly and down for the occasional dinner/drinks/hang but definitely would not suit a party household. I love animals, particularly puppers and kittens, and would be more than happy to join a share with pets (I do not have my own pet/s). I am currently sharing an apartment but our landlord wants to sell and my current housemate is thinking of going to Sydney. I have lived in 2 shares over the last four years and know how to be a considerate and respectful housemate.
My name is Jeremy and I am an easygoing, IT Professional in his 30's who has recently moved to Canberra. I am social but also respect peoples privacy. I am clean and like cooking, so happy to cook an occasional meal for the house.
Easy going reliable, quiet and tidy room mate. I don't mind having the occasional chat but i do respect privacy. Just finished a bachelor of Software Engineering at the University of Canberra. Looking to move into Canberra as I have a full time job lined up to start January 6th. Enjoys sports, going to the gym and socialising, but also likes a quiet time inside and respects sound levels.
Hi :) I am a 24 year old male moving from Melbourne to start a position in the APS. I like being outdoors, going for walks and watching sport, but also enjoy relaxing and watching a good Netflix series or playing board games. I'm more than happy socialising but also appreciate my own time. I am reliable, responsible and respectful of others and hope for the same.
I am currently doing my masters at UC. easy going, pet friendly and bubbly person. A non vegetarian who loves food. Hygiene is really important, especially in the bathroom :D. I love being around people from different cultures and religions. hoping to find a bright and cozy place :)
Hi, My name is Jaycob and I’m currently working full time in the APS. I’m an easy going guy who on most weekends will be out being active with my dog Narla or trying out a new local bar around town. I’m an extremely tidy person who will ensure the house is always looking its best. I like to be social and join in on household dinners and watching trashy tv shows together although completely respectful of everyone’s personal space. I am looking for a property or a team up that will include my four year old German Shepard cross, Narla. Narla is a very quiet dog that rarely barks and is completely house trained as well.
