ACT region. I'm clean and tidy, quiet, friendly, not talkative but a good listener. I respect others. I'm quite good at PC and mobile and can help you if you have problems with them.
I am a youthful 55yrs post-surgery Transgender person who is very easy going. I'm currently at University of Canberra studying Bch Of Public Health. I am mostly seeking to start a new share property, so anyone willing to move into 'fresh' accommodation with me would be ideal! Just 2-3 people including me would be preferable. You would need to be willing to sign-up to a joint lease with all tenants. I can basically furnish a large home if necessary. However I don't have a dining suite or a lounge suite. * Kitchen = very large twin door fridge, microwave and just about every cooking item you could want! * Living = large timber pieces including wall units, bookcase, hallway table and entertainment unit (for television, etc). * Laundry = front loading washing machine, ironing board, etc. * Outside = lawn mower, whipper snipper, water hose, etc. The selfish bit! I have a seven piece bedroom suite, so i'd be requiring the largest bedroom in a property. I also have a study desk in my bedroom where i'm currently living. (I've kinda got used to this set-up!) I have an existing NBN Internet contract with unlimited data and a 100mb speed connection. It also includes the Optus 'Fetch' TV with 6 channels and access to netflix, etc. If I/we can source a new property in an existing NBN suburb, I can transfer the service to that location. (I know many suburbs to the West of Belconnen are being wired-up for NBN soon.) Although I can wait until June 30, I am hoping to find a new place to live anytime from mid March onwards. My share of any rent would be $210 per week maximum (I am a Uni student after all.) I'd prefer a property that is in very good condition and located on the North side of Canberra - ideally within reasonable travel distance to the University of Canberra. But i'm flexible for the 'right' property. I think of home as a relaxing place to escape the 'noise' of our busy and stressful lives. So anyone who wants to live in a comfortable, quiet home environment, i'd like to hear from you! Having said that, friends dropping by is a good thing! I like to cook a dinner for my friends every so often and i'd be more than happy for my housemates to join in. If baking muffins in the kitchen whilst sipping a hot chocolate on a Winter's Sunday morning appeals to you, we'd be perfect housemates! That's it !!! Hit me up if you're interested in joining forces to find a new home!
I work full time nightfill and during my down time I like to play video games, read or watch movies. I keep to myself mostly, but I am willing to socialise when the occasion arises. I am always considerate of others and their privacy. I have a 13 yr old son who visits me most weekends and usually stays over Saturday nights.

I'm a 25 year old, super chilled out public servant. Love a beer of two, Gym, working out, video games, sport etc. Love my quiet time, but I like socialising in a chill environment too, Looking to establish a house or apartment where I can live and relax! Hi all. I am 22 relocating from Melbourne to Canberra to start work at ANU. I am an easy-going and friendly person who loves to talk to and learn from different people of all walks of life, although I am generally reserved and respect other's need for privacy where appropriate. I enjoy a variety of activities including(but not limited to): - Playing and watching football(soccer), - Listening to all kinds of music, - watching the occasional tv show - and travelling and exploring new places. As I will be working full-time Mon-Fri, I won't be much of a feature around the house except on weekends. I am clean and respectful of other's personal spaces and I am looking for like-minded and friendly people to share a house with. If i sound like a good fit, please feel free to contact me. Thanks.
Hi! I am currently working as a software engineer in the city, whilst undertaking a bit of study on the side. I tend to be fairly busy during the week but I love to socialise and would like to find a house in which the other housemates are friendly and happy to have a chat over a beer, cook a meal together or watch netflix. A house that is close to the main bus routes would also be preferable.
Am a Chef from Sydney, moving to Canberra, looking for unfurnished room, preferably to be able to fit a queen size bed. I'm respectful, easy going , quiet and sociable, keeping a clean house. I like watching a movie with friends and sharing a dinner. Looking forward to make some new friendships.
Hi, I'm 30 and work full-time as a health professional. I moved from Sydney about a year ago and I've really enjoyed living in Canberra. I'm looking for a sharehouse with one or two other people. I'm easy going, enjoy sharing a meal, or watching a good TV show when I’m not busy with work. I'm a social person but also know when to give others space. I have lived in sharehouses before and know how to look after a home and keep things clean. In my free time I enjoy hiking, running, cooking and reading. I'm normally up early to get a good run in and usually go the gym in the evenings. If it sounds like I'd be a good fit for your sharehouse please feel free to call or message me. Cheers, Nick
Hey :) Nurse heading down for contracted work. Prefer Rent with Bills included. Pretty easy going. Non Smoker. Social but also likes my own space. Loves animals so if you have a pet I'm happy to 'babysit' them anytime :)
hey guys, I'm from country WA and will be moving to Canberra soon to start a career in the emergency services. I've lived in share houses for the last 5 years so i know how to keep my area (and the rest of the place) clean and respect others privacy. as a housemate, I'm a pretty relaxed and flexible guy who enjoys catching up with housemates and going on the occasional adventure on weekends. I'm also partial to a beer or two but not huge on house parties these days. In my spare time I like to keep active, be it AFL, tennis, cycling or surfing and i'm always happy to have others join in. it does mean that i have a bit of gear to store so a garage or shed at the house would be preferable. I'm looking to share with people in their 20's with male and female flatmates preferably. hopefully some of this has grabbed your interest and i look forward to moving to Canberra soon!

Hi, I am originally employed based in Sydney and assigned to ACT Region for a year or so. I work full-time in hospitality, outgoing, have a great sense of humour but yet also enjoy my own privacy and peace. I m a Chinese-Indonesian, but permanently in Australia for a while now. I enjoy playing sports both individual and team sports but not gym. Looking for a flatmate to start my ACT chapter, and perhaps would like to team up to secure a nice place with someone once we get along. I am not really great on describing myself without sounding too good to be true. And most friends and work people surrounding me described me as positive, funny yet calm, easy with the smiles and stoical. I guess the rest we all have to figure out on our own :)
I'm a quietly friendly writer/ Freelance journalist. I'm quite introverted and addicted to my laptop and tend to be a quiet mouse in the house- I like a place with flatmates who just let me do my own thing, but there may be the occasional catch-up/ social with flatmates. I'm a single non-smoker, and have no pets or children. I never leave dirty dishes, I always clean up after cooking. I'm interested in rooms to rent for a few months from about May 18. Please reach out! Thanks
Hello, I'm Ian 22 from Melbourne. I'm moving to Canberra in February to complete my masters in diplomacy at ANU. I have lived in share houses in Melbourne and Adelaide. I am looking to move into a positive environment with people who are happy to have a cheeky beverage on occasion but also content just doing their own thing. I pride myself on paying bills on time, respect for communal areas and consideration of my flatmates. A few of my interests include cooking, eating out, bad dad jokes/ puns, volunteering, photography and gym. Looking forward to meeting my future housemates!
