Hi I'm Will! My share house lease is coming to an end and I am looking for a place to live in the Sutherland Shire or Wollongong. I work as a freelance theatre technician between Sydney and Wollongong so looking for a place close to a station to make my commute easier.

Being freelance my hours are flexible and on my quite weeks I can work 3-4 days or 5-7 during busy periods, so I am looking for a place that would work with this schedule.

When not at work you can usually find me chilling in my room, swimming or at the gym! But I am always down for a hangout with the roomies.

I have lived in share houses for 5 years so I am very used to roommate dynamics!

I value a clean space with great communication between housemates and privacy :)
