Heya!
I’m Shery, 33, i'm looking for a shared flat (preferably not house) I do 2 jobs mostly 12-13 hrs a day, so I’m pretty full-on and out most of the day, though I do have some WFH on some days.

I’m big on clean and tidy spaces, and I really value calm, quiet homes where everyone feels comfortable and respects personal space. I’m friendly and don’t mind a chit-chat, but I also appreciate a peaceful environment.

My Non-Negotiables
-Secure locks on doors and windows
- Bills included (including wi-fi)
- Written agreement/lease (including bond documents)

Note: i'm a non smoker and have no pets, so i prefer something similar.
