31-year-old male working in construction project management. I own my own PM company and I’m currently contracting to a large commercial builder in Sydney, so work is steady and I keep a pretty structured routine during the week.

I’m looking for a room in Manly for around 3 months initially, with the option to stay longer if it’s a good fit.

Outside of work I’m very active — CrossFit most evenings, ocean swims, beach walks, and generally love being outdoors. I’m respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. I value a calm, tidy home and am conscious of other people’s space.

Social but not a party animal — happy to have a chat or a beer, equally happy doing my own thing. Non-smoker, reliable with rent, and treat the place like my own.
