I’m a mature professional leading a 12-month business project based right here in Cremorne (with no firm end date).

I am house-trained, respectful, and easy to get along with. I appreciate a well-kept home and know how to keep shared spaces clean, tidy, and in order. (Ask me about my oven cleaning skills!)

My daily routine usually starts with an early morning swim down at Balmoral Beach, followed by a morning coffee before heading into the office. While I’m not totally wedded to my desk, I do put in solid hours.

What I'm Looking For
I am looking for a well-maintained, calm, and secure space in a house or large apartment that is non-smoking, quiet, and friendly—ideally with flatmates who wouldn't mind being test subjects when I try out new recipes (lamb roasts, pavlovas, and cheese biscuits.)
