I’m currently looking for a furnished room north of the river.

A bit about me:

• 25-year-old male from the UK (I have permanent residency)
• Employed full-time. Working shift hours
• Non-smoker, non-vaper, no pets
• Budget of $350 per week (can increase for the right en-suite option)
• I have a car, so parking (driveway or street) is essential
• Experienced in house shares and can provide references if required

I’m respectful, clean, and easy-going. Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished room with other working professionals — not a party house. An en-suite would be preferred, though not essential depending on the room, location, and overall setup. I’m only interested in homes without pets and no couples ideally.

Outside of work, I usually head straight to the gym and enjoy running and soccer, so I tend to be out of the house quite a bit.
