25M originally from the UK. I have PR.

I work in emergency services and have a stable schedule. I’m respectful, clean, and easygoing, and I value a calm, comfortable home. An en suite is preferred but not essential depending on the room, location, and overall setup. Furnished room is a must.

Looking for a place where everyone communicates well and respects each other’s space. I have a car so parking is also needed. Street or drive is fine.

I’m happy to discuss exactly what I do for work and I do work shifts, days, afternoons and nights.

Outside of work, I’m into the gym, running, and random trips. I don’t smoke, don’t vape, won’t drink alcohol in the household and do not have any pets.
