I am starting a new full-time job at the start of March (regular office hours) which is why I am looking to move closer to the city. I like spending my time gaming/TV, staying active in the gym and plan on meal prepping once or twice a week.

Here is some more information about me:
1. Require my own parking spot
2. Clean, respectful and value quiet time
3. Happy to ask permission before bringing guests over (no parties)
4. No smoking/pets/children
5. Looking to finalize a place sometime between the 14-21st February
6. Probably going to be away for a few days every month (maybe)
7. Like occasionally socializing but also do value private time
