I am very self-kept. I am quite the introvert and I value my alone time, but I also love to venture out & experience new things. On the occasion I love to socialise (I'm either really awkward or really talkative there's no in between). I think I'm easy to get along with, I stay away from drama or anything that stunts my growth & wellbeing. I am clean! I believe everything has a home, and I often cringe when things are out of place.. but in saying that I'm also very relaxed about cleanliness (to an extent hehe). I work in retail at the moment. I have no other financial responsibilities, so paying rent would be no trouble! I am quite adventurous, I love music, I love writing, I love to eat! I love cats & I am all good vibes :)
We are a Brazilian couple studying in Brisbane. We hope to have a place to call home for the next six months. We will respect your privacy, but we also would like to make friends to hang out with. We are easy going and relaxed but also organized.
JANUARY 2018 onwards only! We're a young married couple looking to relocate to Brisbane from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia sometime in January 2018. We are both working professionals. Looking for a fully furnished ensuite bedroom for 250aud (max) inclusive of all bills. If however you are looking to team up, we're all ears! Since we do want the ensuite and don't own a car, so you may take the porch for yours! We're clean and tidy, and a believer in personal space. We love animals too, so if you've got a furkid we don't mind helping out with the pets
Hi I’m moving from Gold Coast to Brisbane for a job following my graduation from uni this year. I start on the tenth of January so am looking to move before the end of January but am free from the first. Very flexible with moving. I’m looking to find similar people (or person) to find a new apartment with or move into a nice apartment with somebody. I’m very respectful and clean and am easy when it comes to meeting demands with partying or any of the sort. I don’t smoke and am not a huge drinker. I love to keep fit and eat healthy and really enjoy swimming so a place with a pool is a bonus.
Hi guys, I my name is Mitra, 23, I am from Germany and gonna start a Semester at the QUT to study biomedical Engineering (6th Semester). I already have experiences with student accommodations and not only looking for a home but also new friends. I respect your privacy, always clean up and also love cooking, watching movies, going out, experience adventures and interested in travel parts of Australia?... :)
Hello, I'm Khali and I am looking for somewhere for my dog and I Kai to live for the next 9 months :). Kai is 2 and is a big, gorgeous, sooky malamute who absolutely loves people and cuddles. I work full-time Monday-Friday and Casual over the weekends and whenever I'm not working I'm spending time with Kai!! I am very social and love having someone to talk to however I am also very independant and enjoy time to myself! I am not looking for a party house (been there before and don't want it again) but definitely enjoy a few chilled ciders and a laugh! I have my own furniture and a TV as well as additional furniture if needed. I am ready to move in ASAP! :)
Hi, I'm from Colombia, I'm studying English for this reason I'm looking for a room where I can live with Austalian people or people who don't speak Spanish because I need to improve my English. I'm easygoing, clean, tidy, quiet. I enjoy having a chat with my flatmates.
Canadian girl living in Australia for a year on a WHV. Big fan of homemade guacamole and eggs benny. Cringy sense of humour, take too long to get ready, bad habit of turning a quick answer into a long story, but a big believer in being here for a good time, not a long time. Working Monday to Friday on George Street and am really hoping to find somewhere within a 10-15 minute walk to there. Would definitely prefer a house/flat that's kept tidy (had a past roommate who left strawberries on the counter for TWO MONTHS and am still trying to recover). I do enjoy some alone time and respect if others need theirs, but as I'm new to Brisbane I'd definitely prefer somewhere at least somewhat social where I can hopefully make some friends (any fans of the US version of the Office have immediate grounds for best friendship).
I'm a spanish student girl. I'd been living in Sydney for 1.7 years, and I just moved to Brisbane to discover a new city, meet new people and enjoy the Queensland's weather. I'm looking for more than a flatmates, I love to get along with the people I live, as is people you have to see everyday. *Don't smoke, and prefer a smoke free house.* Love animals, specially cats. Furnished rooms And places less than an 45mins away by walk to the city! If I like the place I would love to stay more than 2 months as I hate moving out!! I'm not a crazy party girl, but enjoy having a drink and a chat sometimes. :) Easy going, clean and tidy!
21 year old Female. I work full time in South Brisbane (Monday to Friday flexible hours) I am very quiet during the week. I am very easy going. I like to keep my own personal space I do enjoy company and chatting about life/work. I keep a busy lifestyle I have commitments to football every Tuesday night getting myself prepared for pre season. If you enjoy EPL we will get along very well. Most other week nights I'm usually at the gym mainly in bed watching netflix/playing xbox tired from work or hanging out with my partner. Weekends I'm out and about if so i am in bed recovering from the night before or just spending a night in with the partner. I'm looking for someone with a stable job (hospitality, office, nightlife, even uni with a part time job that can afford to live out of home). That has a similar social life to me doesn't mind socializing but likes their own personal space as much as i do mine. I'm looking for somewhere reasonably close to the city for 7:30 starts. Preferably somewhere with my own bathroom.I am a bit of a clean freak. But totally understand boundary. Message me If this sounds like you or someone you know .
I will be new in Brisbane and Australia so I will be happpy to find some sociable housemates. Not a big fan of partying but always up for some drink and food and also respect each other space and privacy. I'm a 28 years old girl planning on staying for at least 6 months in Brisbane (hopefully more) and looking for position in hospitality industry, which might mean odd working hours but dont worry Im really quiet.
Howdy! I'm currently studying full-time at QUT, and work part-time. I'd describe myself as active and bubbly, so I'm usually outdoors or meeting friends. I really cherish my down time at the end of the day in the comforts of home, and seeking housemates who similarly cherish conversation, laughter & peace in the home. I am highly respectful of boundaries, and feel that open communication helps resolve things efficiently. Looking forward to linking up with ya! :)

Hi! I'm Carla! I'm from Spain! I would be great to share a nice flat. I'm primary teacher, 26. I am going to lookout for a job as soon as I arrive at Brisbane. I will be studing in The Eagle Accademy- Carina Campus Certificate I in Sport and Recreation. I love to do exercise and outside activities. I don't mind to have dinner together, watching a film...I'm fun, easy-going and quiet. I'm clean and tidy.
Please read this fully before contacting me as I am looking for quite specific type of people to share with only. Please indicate you have read this all by using the code word written somewhere below. I am wanting to share with conscious, spiritual people in their late 20’s to mid 30’s who enjoy meditation, yoga, gym, pilates, hiking etc and cooking healthy food utilising organic produce as much as possible only. Ultimatley I am wanting to expand my existing circle of these types of people in my life and live this lifestyle with ease, grace and comfort. It would be great if house mates want to do these types of things together regulary and keep each other accountable and motivated. I can move into an existing place or we can team up and get a place together as long as it is fully furnished and everything meets below desires. Location wise anywhere from Lutwyche to Woolloongabba would be suitable. I am clean, organised and tidy without being obsessive. I am respectful and friendly and always pay bills on time, usually within a week of recieving them. You would need to be the same as well. I am happy to socialise regulary and looking for others who do too but also need my own down time and space so respecting each others privacy is obviously needed. Small, well kept pets that don’t drool, don’t smell bad and are house trained are ok but smokers or drug users are not. I am not vegatarian but I am looking to lessen my meat consumption and learn how to cook vegatarian style and asian food better. Also love using wild caught seafood. I would love housemates who would be keen to either cook/eat together regulary and work out a system where we could either have fun experimenting with recipes and learning from each other or enjoy nights off from cooking by sharing the responsibility. Of course we will all want to do our own things at times but this is an idea to discuss that would help keep a good flow of people sharing a kitchen more streamline and issue free. Healthy eating is a must no matter what though as I generally do not keep soft drink and junk food in the house so the temptation to consume it is not there and you would need to be the same. I work in education and mental health, study psychology and am starting my own community enterprise business in the wellbeing/happiness industry. If housemates are also entrepeneurs or work within health/wellbeing/mental health industry well wouldn’t that be just fabulous haha. I am an avid world traveller (if you love travel as well I look forward to swapping crazy stories). I am looking to move away from the party scene and get a routine back in place so would like to share with people who do not consume a lot of alcohol. The odd quiet drink is ok - I do enjoy having dinner parties (think “Come Dine With Me”) with a few glasses of wine or cider but like maximum once a month or every 2 months would be the ideal for me. If you drink every night or more than a few once a week maximum, I do not wish to share with you as this is what I am looking to get away from. If you don’t drink at all you are more than welcome to be part of the share house but please know that I am keen to throw the odd dinner party still. I would like a big, modern, spacious place in close proximatey to a gym and yoga studio as well as a local fruit and veg market, chinese and indian grocery stores would also be a great bonus, as close to the city as possible but with easy access to major highways at the same time. Private bathrooms for all of us would be ideal and if there was a spare room or nice garden space we can turn into a meditation area I would be in total bliss! I’ve just returned from a round the world trip and my focus is on getting fit and trim again, eating healthy unprocessed food and working on developing my business goals and want to share only with like minded people on the same wave length as this will serve to aid and help each other rather than be a hinderous or distraction. I don’t mind how many of us share together as long as you are of the same mind frame that I have described. Please use the code word yogi so I know you have read this. I will only reply to those who use the code word. I am pretty flexible with my moving date as I am just crashing at my fathers apartment on Bribie Island currently but ideally would like to move late December/early January as I have a loooong commute to my work in Marsden from here. If we are all sharing bond though I could probably move sooner as well. Just need to discuss, really. I was approved at the beggining of the year for the National Rental Affordability Scheme so if we can find a furnished place on the NRAS program this means we would pay around 20% less than normal prices. These are pretty hard to find though. If you have enough furniture to fill a place though let’s talk about that too. Anyway, if this all sounds good to you then contact me and let’s start a discussion!
