I’m Georgie, 38 years old mechanical engineer moving to Melbourne.

I’m a clean, organized, friendly and easy going person.

I enjoy peace and quiet.

Im currently a project manager and part time tennis coach/instructor. I like playing tennis and video games on my spare time.

I work mostly from home.

I’m moving to Melbourne to be close to my girlfriend as I don’t believe in long distance relationships, the room I want to rent will need to allow her to come over anytime we want and some nights to stay overnight with me.

I require a queen size bed that is comfortable and if possible a desk so I can set up a little home office, desk is optional.

I’m easy to live with, respect people’s space and boundaries, always keep common areas clean as well as the bathroom and kitchen. I will require slave in the fridge as well as a place I the pantry to store some ingredients for cooking. I won’t be using the kitchen too regularly.

I’m the kind of person that washes the dishes and clean everything straight away and not leaving it in the sink. I’m also considerate with the consumption of water and electricity.

I will require a good reliable internet for work and gaming, no necessarily fast but reliable.
