I’m a 'Gym Bro' at heart—I stick to a disciplined routine of research, gym, and sleep. I’m an early riser who keeps things quiet at night. I love a good chat over dinner but also really value my own downtime to recharge after a long day at the lab.
Why I’m a Great Housemate:
Clean: I keep my space and common areas spotless (habit from my home routine).
Cook: I meal-prep my food (high protein!), so I won't be hogging the kitchen every night.
Reliable: My finances are fully sorted, and I’m looking for a stable place for my 5-6 month stay.
Logistics:
Move-in: Looking to start lease around March 1st / 2nd.
Length: ~6 Months (Until end of July).
Inspections: I land in Geelong on Feb 25 and am available for inspections immediately that weekend.
