UNSW Phd candidate looking for a single room from 8 July. I'm easygoing, clean&quiet. I enjoy communicating with others, especially people from different cultural backgrounds. I have been living with flatmates from Germany and France and we get along well.
Hi! First off, no the birds in my picture do not live with me so no, I don't have any pets that I need to bring with me. I grew up on the Central Coast, just under 2 hours north of Sydney, so I am generally pretty relaxed by nature. I have lived in a share house previously, so I know what it is like. I am looking for a new place as my roommate is moving interstate. I have all my own furniture, and a fair amount of it, so I'm after an unfurnished room. I'm looking for a place I can call home, stay a while, and become good friends with anyone I live with. I understand the importance of privacy, valuing both my own privacy, and the privacy of others. I also like to be able to chill on the couch, binge watching Netflix with my roommate(s). As for me, I study Science at UNSW and I also work part-time at the Eastgardens Westfield. In terms of personality, I'm never quite sure how to describe it so feel free to ask me. Also my hobbies/interests list is ever changing but sports, reading and movies are always on there.
Looking for a single bed I will be coming to Sydney to study at UNSW come July onwards and ideally looking for a house that has a conducive environment. I will be looking if possible, to stay for the entire duration of my course which is 3 years as I hate packing and moving. I am from Singapore and just completed my National Service. I am very tidy and neat. If I am not studying, I will be busy hiking, cycling or sailing and sipping a cup of coffee
I'm originally from San Diego, California and I am currently studying child development and work as a nanny and as an early childhood educator at Kanga's House Long Daycare at UNSW. I keep to myself, but am outgoing and I am very clean, but not germophobe clean haha.
I'm currently a college student in China and I'm going to study in UNSW for master degree.I'm an easygoing guy who like to socialize while respect other's personal space and time. I like music, outdoor activities and fit in gym... I cook Chinese food from time to time and I LOVE BBQ and most of the western foods. I will arrive in Sydney on 19/Jun/2017, Sydney is a strange land for me since it's my first time to be there. Accommodations near UNSW are desirable and I prefer to live with students or young professionals.
Hi! I'm friendly, easy-going and fairly quiet. Looking for a temporary place while I'm looking for work.
Hey, I'm moving to Sydney from the UK in July to study at UNSW for a year. I'm very clean and organised, I like spending time with my flatmates in the evening and exploring on the weekend, but I also enjoy spending time by myself. I'm quite active, enjoy going to the gym and spending time outdoors, whether that be the beach or in town. I'm very easy going and get along with people easily.
33 y/o IT professional who works full time in a software company. I also do some casual work on the weekends. I am quite clean/tidy as a housemate and look after the place as my own. Laid back bloke and easy to live with and regular gym goer. I love outdoor and beach so will enjoy beautiful Sydney as much as I can. I cook and eat healthy, and don't mind to share. Anything else you like to know, just ask.
Alex and I are very experienced in living in collective households. We love creating a sense of community and family in our homes. We are both cheerful beings who enjoy having weekly board game nights, video games, reading etc. (So, we're pretty much big nerds!) Not to worry, we are ambiverts. We love to socialise to a responsible extent. We are both great people to talk to with a cup of coffee. We love to listen to people and we do our best to support one another. Alex is a computer engineer at Airtasker. He is amazingly sweet and great for decorating the house with useful gadgets and LED lights. He is also a Sydney native. 他会说中文·。 I am an English Teacher and Mental Health Counsellor by profession. I come from San Francisco. I train in the circus arts. Furthermore, I was actively involve in Human Rights groups back in the USA. Puedo hablar Español. (I can speak Spanish) 我也会说一点点中文·. Oh yes, I can cook Mexican food!!! Side note: We would prefer an unfurnished room.
I'm very easygoing and fun to talk to, great at parties but even better when I'm just chilling at home with Netflix. Neat and tidy, but I don't mind if you're messy! Used to having roommates, so I'm perfectly fine with anyone and everyone. A 20-year-old female from Singapore, born and raised in the Philippines, I'm accustomed to any and all personalities. So don't worry, I get along with everyone! :)
I am a young professional, working as a consultant in Sydney CBD. I am friendly, easy-going and respectful. I value my personal space but am always up for a good chat. I also like to maintain a clean and tidy living environment at all times. I tend to hit the gym or catch up on my favourite TV series in my free time and, having just moved to Sydney recently, I'm also keen to explore as much of the city as possible!
Hey, I'm Clo and currently studying International Relations at UNSW. I'm an International Student from Indonesia but been living in Sydney for a year. I'm planning to move somewhere close to uni since my current lease will ends in Mid July. I have bubbly and cheerful characters. I'm also friendly and enjoy socialising but like to have my own privacy and time too. I'm clean and tidy as I have allergy with dust so don't worry about having a messy roommate. I'm an animal lovers especially dogs so I don't mind if you have pets. I spend my time either with studying at uni, pole dance (no I'm definitely not a stripper I just enjoy the workout and the community), underwater rugby, gym, hangout at the beach, going on nigh-out occasionally or just stay at home watching movies or cooking or playing music/games, etc. I would like to find a private room preferable with built-in robes and private bathroom but I don't mind sharing bathroom. My max budget is $400 which includes bills and internet. I have my own stuff for the bedroom so I don't mind if the room is unfurnished. My minimum stay is 6months but can stay longer.
Hi there! I'm a third year UNSW student looking for a place to live from the 25th of June to November. I study and work most days so I won't be around all the time. I'm clean and quiet but enjoy meeting new people and going for dinner or drinks.
Now in my fifth year of uni (engineering/commerce), local student. I'm a pretty quiet, chill and clean guy. I don't spend much time at home since I'm either at uni or work. Love to play any sports, socialise and drink :)
Hello! I am Roza and I am coming to Sydney on exchange in July. I will be studying Biochemistry at UNSW for a year so I am looking for a place preferably close to the uni. I am friendly, clean and very respectful of others. With uni work I expect that I will spend a signifiant amount of time on campus. I enjoy quiet nights at home and nights out with friends but don't bring the party home. I've lived in a few countries throughout my life and I'm excited to see what Australia has to offer!
I'm a vibrant and bubbly person with a lot to offer. And is easy to move in with others. I am friendly, responsible and great with communicating with all people. I always love a good chat. In need of moving out asap. Willing to put deposit down as soon as possible.
Looking for 2 bedrooms!! We are a young couple from Hong Kong and Japan, and a local Australian resident. I have about 4 or so years of room-renting experience whilst Akira has relatively recently come to Australia for about 2 years. Lionel was born and lives here in Sydney. Our current contract ends on June 19th and are looking for a small furnished 2 bedroom unit around Maroubra Junction or Randwick Junction (but are open to offers). All of us have been raised to be independent so we work together to clean up around the house and rooms (that asian parenting!). We even finish washing dishes while cooking before we even eat. We love to cook and bake at home together, eating is our most favourite past times. Akira is studying commercial cookery while Lionel and I study Media Arts at UNSW. We all work part time while going to class so we will only be home 50% of the time. We mainly just sit in our room when we're not working; us boys play games on our PC and she watches shows on the web so fast internet is important!! Sometimes we will go out to eat or order pizza. I've just begun to learn how to surf and skate and have my own boards although I haven't had time to use them. We love pets but don't have our own (we wish to some day!) and HATE smoking. We almost never drink alcohol so no need to worry about drunk shenanigans.
I am considerate and kind. I respect people's privacy and enjoy living in a mutually respectful home. I write, write Music, do some Arty stuff and love the Ocean :) I love Dogs, Horses, Yoga and natural therapies. I love spending time with Children, because they're Beautiful teachers for us All. And, unless I'm in a relationship with you - I'm not sharing a room with anyone else - it's all mine! :)
Hey guys, me and my mate George are looking to move out into a new share house, either existing or getting a new lease. George is from Wagga and I'm from Newcastle. We are clean, tidy and respectul but also like to have a laugh. Ideally looking for people we can become pretty good friends with or at the least get along well with. We are really into music, funny videos, drinking beers and being active. We live in a share house together but our lease is running out in August so we need to find a new place pretty soon. We have lived with guys and girls before and would be happy to do the same again. If this sounds like you, then send us a message!
