Room for rent | Alderley | $325 /wk

gday all, my name is Ned. I have a room for rent from February 1st in Alderley at $300/wk, not inclusive of bills (power, water, wifi). The room will be unfurnished, but is large enough to fit a queen bed, desk with a chair and additional cupboard storage if needed. Tenant will have their own bathroom which is also the shared laundry. The apartment itself is perfect for 2 people, close to everything and surrounded by good neighbours. hoping to find someone who enjoys a relaxed and inviting home atmosphere.
