Hi! trying to find a little granny flat for myself and my little pooch Ted. I have a professional job and weekends off. I have been in many share houses and had great times and made great friendships but now I have a little dog a granny flat would b awesome :) I love keeping fit, running, walking, Netflix and the odd wine 😉
Hi, so I'm 21 years old and work full time at a pharmacy in the City. I mainly work the afternoon/ evening shifts from Monday to Friday. I'm super laid back and easy to talk to, happy to meet new people. I have a car so I'll spend most weekends catching up with family and friends, around Brisbane or on the Sunshine Coast. I'm not originally from Brisbane, so every few months I head back up north for a few days to catch up with my family. I'm respectful of other peoples privacy, but also happy to have a beer and chat whenever you'd like. I'm all for having a clean home so you won't have a problem with me keeping up with house duties.
I'm looking for a social house :) Preferably more nerdy than a party house. I like board games, sci fi, and making stuff with yarn. I'm goth and a night owl, but I try not to keep people up with loud music. I'm a Master's student studying Public Health at QUT Kelvin Grove , and receive Youth Allowance from Centrelink. I've never been late on rent, and I prefer to have bills included so I don't stress. I clean up after myself most of the time, but due to chronic illness I have days where I am only well enough to rinse off a plate and deal with it later. I've got my own furniture, and any room needs to fit a double bed, and few other things like a coffee table and small drawers. Oh, and no smoking and no drugs please.
Hi :) I'm a full-time shift-worker looking to be start or join a share house/unit in January 2018. I'm friendly, easy-going, and respectful of others. I'm looking to share a place with similar people who want to live in a happy, relaxed household. I like to exercise, volunteer, socialise, dance, and read in my spare time. I'm a clean and tidy housemate, always up for a chat and shared meal. Hoping to live in a space with secure parking and within 20 minutes drive to Chermside, with just females or females and males, aged 20-32.
I have just returned from a 2 year working holiday in New Zealand which was fantastic! I was born in Brisbane. Currently looking for work but can pay rent (I am not on benefits). I don't smoke, I am clean and super tidy. I am also a minimalist and cannot live with clutter but as I have quite a bit of stuff in storage I'm looking for a granny flat of my own. I've tried to change the settings on my profile but it didn't work so my apologies if you were searching for a flatmate. Am pretty quiet and not a big fan of loud TVs but do occasionally enjoy a 'singfest' (private karaoke) when no one else is around. I am also a bit 'anal' about turning off lights, stand-by items etc. as I detest waste plus it saves electricity. Hot days and particularly nights I find hard to cope with so if there is air-conditioning I will use it but I try to keep to a minimum as it is expensive. Another reason why I like to turn off electrical items that aren't being used, keeping cool at night so I can sleep is more important. I have a reference from a previous rental property (Brisbane), plus police check dated 2015 which I needed for work in NZ as well as a NZ police check dated 2016. That's me in a nutshell.
I will be looking for a room to rent in late November, I am a 24 year old receptionist, work full time and a range of shifts which keeps me busy, I have a lovely little sharpei (dog) who is very relaxed and Independent but loves a pat and a play when it suits.
I recently moved to Brisbane at the beginning of september from Cairns and im looking for not just awesome housemates but friends that will want to hang out together and have cute coffee dates with. I'm a quiet type but once I get comfortable I am a great person. I'm a casual at woolies so I'd be home often. Id love someone to go exploring the city with!
I am pretty laid back, spend most of my time at work, the gym or watching a movie. Good at keeping to myself but also keen to hang out and chat, especially if our interests are similar. I am 19, love to have a drink or 2 on the weekend. I rarely go out drinking or partyingbut don't mind having some drinks down at the local tavern with a game of pool. I'm shy to begin with, however once I'm comfortable I am fun to be around.
hi my name is sam ive been traveling for the past 9 months thailand and south australia looking to move somewhere nice and close to my family here in brisbane. ive sharehoused a few times and never had a problem with a roommate hope we can be friends
Hello im Daniel im 24 year old and come from switzerland. I be in australien(brisbane) for 6 month to learn/Student english on a higher lv =) and to work as painter too see how australien paint. I am a clean/friendly person and love Rock/metal music i love to cook.read book, play on the PC. I Search for a good room and i need internet and a small kitchen/badroom dont care about luxurious. I start my student on 16. Oktober and want to come on 12./13.10.2017 =) p.s. Sry for my bad english, thats why i need that student =D
I work full time, am a PhD Candidate so I study when not working. I also travel for work for a week or two every 3 months and my soul mate and small dog sleepover once a fortnight on average.
My name is Grant. I am a 48year old. I am a fairly quiet & reserved type of person. I am friendly & respectful of others but I do tend to keep to myself. I am neat and tidy, and I do clean up after myself. I work casually in South Brisbane three days a week. I suppose you could say I am semi-retired. I don't drink, I don't smoke and I don't party or do drugs of any kind. I am fairly fit because I do a lot of walking and roller skating. I try and get to the skating rink at least twice a week.......more if I am able :) I don't have a car so getting around keeps me fit. BTW I am gay if that matters at all. I am looking for a place within 10kms of the city centre (preferably 5kms) with easy access to public transport (train & bus). It would be nice to find a studio or one bedroom apartment, but for my budget a room in a share house is good enough (although the less people I have to share with the better). I don't have any furniture so a furnished place would be nice. I would also need internet (preferably wifi) because I spend a lot of time online. Air-conditioning is nice as well. The last couple of places that I have rented have had everything (power, wifi etc.) included in the rent & even though it probably costs a little more I don't mind cause it's easier. If you have a place that you think would suit me then please don't hesitate to contact me.

Hello everyone My name is Holly, and I’m looking for a roommate similar to me! I adore animals – I have two dogs, *name* and *name*. I’m hoping for a roommate who doesn’t mind the pups. I work full time in the CBD and I love a beer on a hot day, and of course the weekend too. I am a tidy person who loves a chat, but I also enjoy time to myself. As my roommate, you’ll need to be gay friendly as I spend time with my girlfriend or go to the sunshine coast. I am looking to live with you at the end of October, start of November for a house in either Mitchelton, Gaythorne or Alderley area. I’d LOVE to have a good sized yard deck, and wooden floors. I would prefer to take the main room, but that could change if you decide it is something you really want. Looking forward to it, cheers!
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).
My name is Kristy and I am looking to move out of my current accomodation in January 2018. I am a single 26 year old, working full-time and studying part-time. I am friendly, easygoing and outdoorsy. I am also a private person and love my space. That's not to say I don't enjoy some good banter here and there. Definitely up for a laugh and meeting new people. I do have a beautiful little fur baby (dachshund) that lives with my dad and may come over from time to time. I'm keen to find a flatmate who is of similar age and easy to get along with and drama free. Preferably female. I would ideally like an ensuite or my own barthoom. Happy to park on the street. Let me know if you're looking for something similar :-).
