Hi! I’m a 24-year-old Vietnamese Master’s student looking for a comfortable, well-maintained private room near Monash Clayton campus, Clayton Station, or M-City. I’m tidy, respectful, and quiet, and I value both privacy and a peaceful living environment. I don’t smoke, I don’t party, and I always clean up after myself.
