Hi! My name is Daniel. I'm 26 years old and currently living in Bankstown.

I'm currently looking for a room to rent from anywhere between the Georges Hall/Bass Hill, Revesby/Padstow, to Kingsgrove circle. My preference is maximum of 2 flatmates with my own bathroom, and air-conditioning in the home.

Currently I work full time and study part-time to earn my dual trade (I'm a qualified Electrician, working towards my Plumbing certificate). In my spare time I love to keep busy by going at the gym, catching up with friends or other outdoor activities. I like to eat healthy, but I'm not big on cooking, usually keep it very simple. Don't smoke either!

Cleanliness to me is very important, I believe in keeping areas clean and of course cleaning after myself as I go, so I'm looking for likeminded people. I have no problems with a environment, but I also respect others' personal space.
