Hi! My name is Leonardo, I'm from Brazil and I'll be studying English at Lexis English in the centre of Perth. I'm a quiet, respectful and organized person. I don't smoke, drink alcohol or use drugs, and I'm pet-friendly. I plan to work during the day and attend English classes in the evening, so I'll spend most of my time working or studying. I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. My budget is up to AUD 250 per week.

I'll arrive in Perth around 5 September and I'm looking for accommodation for up to five months. If we get along well and everything works out, I'd be happy to stay for the full duration of my course.
