Hey! I’m Joel, 30, originally from the US and currently living in Australia (about 8 months now). I’m moving to Sydney in March and looking for a clean, respectful place to call home.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and pretty low-key. I don’t party at home, I’m mindful of shared spaces, and I always clean up after myself. I’m usually working, skating, going to the gym, or just keeping to my own routine.

I’m reliable with rent, communicate well, and respect people’s space. Happy to live with like-minded people who value a calm, comfortable home.
