Hey! I’m Joel, 30, originally from California and currently living in Sydney. I’m looking for a new place to call home and ideally hoping to live closer to the city.

I’m easygoing, clean, respectful, and pretty low-key at home. I don’t party at home, I’m mindful of shared spaces, and I always clean up after myself. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me skating, at the gym, exploring Sydney, or just doing my own thing.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, communicate well, and respect everyone’s personal space. I’m also friendly and easy to get along with, so I’m happy to have a chat or hang out occasionally while still respecting a relaxed and comfortable home environment.

Ideally, I’m looking around Redfern, Green Square, Waterloo, Rhodes, Burwood, or Strathfield, but I’m open to other areas with good public transport and easy access to the city.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable place with good vibes and like-minded housemates. Always happy to chat or meet up to see if we’d be a good fit!
