I'm heading back to the bush. I love nature, mountain runs and hikes. My wildlife photography is unusual and popular. I can show you if you like. I help look after the bush in practical ways.

Due to the cumulative effect of decades of meditation and life experience I'm automatically easy to deal with. I don't drink alcohol (whilst I don't mind if you do in moderation), and don't smoke, vape or use other recreational drugs.

Do you enjoy personal space/time in a household? I'm very focussed on my computer-based work, either at home or away from home in my van. I also don't watch TV as a habit, would only crank up music when you're out, or can wear headphones. I'd be mostly unseen and unheard.

I'm an introvert but also up for a chat, and might partake in communal activity about once a week or more frequently depending on common interests, or simply taking turns to prepare a meal.

I have fairly mainstream Gen X Aussie attitudes and see the funny side of life. I don't talk about myself very much however I make jokes about what's happening in my day, either inside my head or sharing verbally with others.

I’m single with no pets or kids. I'll have a boyfriend in the future but don't want one right now. I don’t have frequent visitors, and if and when I do they would be one or two people who are very considerate and well behaved. You can let me know what are good times/days for me to have visitors.

I’m detail-oriented so I’m comfy with detailed house rules and if I have an annoying habit, just let me know and I can probably change it. I want you to feel very relaxed having me stay.

I'd bring my own bedroom furniture, but not communal furniture.

* I’ve got a somewhat quirky manner as did the sitcom character “Kramer”. Like everyone else I’m smart in some ways, and less smart in others.

My Budget is for up to $350 per week rent, depending on the set up. If possible, I'd have my own bathroom. I’m only looking for a house located outside of suburbia and not in a township, within a 3 hours drive of Melbourne CBD in *any direction*. (The flatmates 'location' box only accepts a selection of suburbs which are within 25km of each other.) I'd love the opportunity to grow some food.

I'm flexible with the duration of rental partly because I have back up accommodation. A 1-2 week tryout would also be very welcome - great if it works out, no problems otherwise.

Similar to job interviews, brief chats during inspections are often unrepresentative. Therefore I'll bring to an inspection prepared written information about myself, in more detail than my profile, and a list of questions, (and am happy for you to do likewise) so our chat is part thought-out and part impromptu, and covers all housematey topics.

Occupationally, I'm currently writing a report on lifestyle medicine.
