Hi! I’m a Brazilian PhD candidate coming to Sydney for one year to work at Western Sydney University (Parramatta South Campus). I’ll be fully dedicated to my research during this period.

I’m very quiet, clean, organised and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, I don’t party at home, and I value a calm and friendly environment. Most of my days will be spent at the university, studying or working. At the weekends I like to explore the city.

I’ve lived in shared houses before and I’m used to keeping everything tidy and being considerate with housemates. I’m easygoing, responsible with bills, and I like a peaceful routine.

I’m looking for a place close to WSU (Harris Park / Parramatta / Westmead area) where I can have a comfortable and respectful living arrangement for the year.
