Hi im Pyae Oo! My friends usually call me O! I am a 22 year old student currently studying in Melbourne Polytechnic Preston Campus so i know the house would be a absolute good fit for me! I am currently staying in the CBD paying 600 a week and hoping to find some closer to school so i can focus on myself studies i am just looking for a place to sleep and occasionally chill at to study! I forget to mention i have a also been a barber for 4 years!!! I am a barber moving to Melbourne to further my education and career after working as a Barber in Singapore for 4 years Freelance and Full Time. I can speak english fluently and Mandarin as well! I will be studying at TAFE Melbourne Polytechnic , and I am looking for a home that provides a stable and quiet environment while I complete my studies.
I have chosen this area because one of my close friends, whom I went to high school recommended as long as im near any metro on the Mernda Line will be best and he has been living in Australia for over eight years. Having a strong support system nearby is important to me, especially as I settle into a new country and focus on my studies and work.
I can leave my COE and my parent's bank statements and acknowledgment letter, to show that i have the finances to uphold this apartment!
As a barber, I take pride in professionalism, cleanliness, and consistency these are values that I bring into my living environment as well. I am responsible, respectful, and reliable with rent and upkeep. My goal is to maintain a long-term, positive tenancy while continuing my education and building my career here in Melbourne in addition to this i am also more than happy to pay an 4 weeks upfront rent and the bond instead of the standard 4 weeks and the bond to show my reliability as a positive tenant.
Thank you for considering my application. Im LGBTQ friendly and just an all over super chill guy! I am super tidy and always making sure everything in my apartment is neat as well! My rent ends on the 13 of April so im hoping to secure something by then please do let me know
