Hi, I’m Jordan 👋
I’m currently living in Perth and looking for a room for around 3–4 months. Ideally I’d like to be in Cannington or nearby suburbs, preferably close to a train station for easy commuting.

I work consistently, keep a regular routine, and I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m happy in a social house but also value personal space — very much a tidy, no-drama type.

My budget is $300–$350 per week, and I’m ready to move in as soon as the right place comes up. Happy to meet in person or jump on a video call.
