I’m a reliable and considerate housemate who values a peaceful, clean home. I’m organised, pay rent on time, and treat the place like my own. I’m friendly but also respect personal space. We lived in Sydney for 7 years and on those 7 years we did live with a family, friends and we as a tenants as well so we are very aware of personal space as well.
