I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I work full-time in marketing, so I keep a good routine during the week and appreciate a calm, clean home to come back to.

I’ve lived on the Northern Beaches most of my life and value a relaxed, friendly household. I’m always up for a chat, coffee, or the occasional drink, but I also respect personal space and downtime. I’m considerate with noise, clean up after myself, and communicate openly if anything ever needs sorting.

I do have a car and am flexible with parking, if that’s on-street or off-street. I’m also open to a partially furnished place if available, and my move in date can be flexible!
