Hi, my name is Alice. I’m a software engineer originally from Singapore, currently working full-time at a fintech company in Melbourne CBD.

I am financially stable and also own a property in Melbourne. I’m looking to rent purely for convenience and to be closer to work.

I live a very clean and quiet lifestyle. I do not smoke, drink, or have pets. I maintain a regular routine — usually sleeping at 10:00pm and waking up at 7:00am.
