We’re Erin and Angus, a young couple looking for a room to rent in the Perth/Mandurah area.

We’re both friendly, respectful and easy-going people who are looking for a comfortable, clean and relaxed place to call home. We’re considerate of shared spaces, keep things tidy and are happy to contribute to household chores.

We both work and have a stable income, and we’re looking for somewhere longer-term where we can settle in and have a good relationship with our housemates. We enjoy going to the gym, getting out for coffee, cooking and having a quiet night in.

We’re social and friendly but also really value privacy and respecting other people’s space. We’re happy to provide references or any other information you may need.
