Ryan

Hi! I'm Ryan Shin (23), a single man from South Korea.

I know the share house market is quite competitive, so I want to be honest about it to build trust.

Back in Korea, I studied mechanical engineering at university for a year and a half when I was 20. Also, since Korean men are required to serve in the military for at least 1 year and 6 months, I came to Australia to study English for a year and have a different experience before going to university.

I'm still in Korea waiting for my student visa to be issued, but I'm looking for a place to live in Sydney with a friendly housemates!

I enjoy working out and exploring new places. At home, I enjoy cooking. I'm a non-smoker and a light drinker (though I don't drink much, I do enjoy it socially sometimes). I'm an easygoing, kind, and respectful person.

I also keep things very clean and tidy, and I always take good care of my space. Living with me will be comfortable and drama-free :)
