Hi! My name is James and I will be looking for a place to stay while on my student visa stint! I have been in St. James near vic park for a year on my working holiday visa, and will be transitioning in February. I am outgoing, and very adaptable to different living preferences of others. I am American, but honestly, Perth is more of a home to me than California where I left. I am very chill, and always love to travel, meet new people, and have a good time. I work in IT during the day, in CBD, and will be studying at Curtin in the afternoons. I want to find a cool place to call home for the foreseeable future. Looking forward to meeting you!

** I own a vehicle (Subaru outback) so parking needs to be at least available nearby. I've been a professional race car driver for 10 years, so if its a tight fit, its no problem!
