Hi I work full time in real estate in Belmont. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). I enjoy having a wine, and go to a lot of live gigs during the weekends. Home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes. My budget is $180 including all bills. I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
I'm a pretty quiet person, who loves to read, cook, watch movies. Don't party often. Enjoy going to the gym. Eating well. Don't drink or smoke and a very clean person.
Hi. I’m 30 and have worked as an engineer in Perth for 4 years. I live in Brisbane at the moment and will be returning to Perth to work as an engineer again. I'm a friendly, responsible and tidy person. I like to stay active, cook and enjoy a beer on the weekends. I'm looking for a furnished room in a quiet house / neighbourhood. Having a parking space is a plus as I need to buy a car soon. Preferably, the place needs to be close the to CBD (about 10-15 min on public transport). I'm flying to Perth on 30th of Jan and can inspect the room on 31st of Jan or the following days (in the evening). I'm looking to move in in the first week of Feb. Please get in touch if you have a room to offer or want to team up to rent a place. :) Looking forward to hearing from you, Nick
31 Year old dutchie, loves: Kitesurfing, diving, and the outdoors. Easy going european, well travelled.
I'm from Malaysia, working as engineer in Singapore and will be moving to Perth to start off my new career in Perth. Naturally, I will be jobless for first few weeks but afraid not cause I'm financially prepared for this. Aside from that, I have been living on shared house for 5 years, and I know the importance of a good tenant makes living happy.
Both fun, easy going people who love to travel and make the most of any free time. We're tidy, reliable, and responsible individuals who are considerate towards our roommates. We're both students at Curtin University so we do have times where we are busy with assignments and uni work but in between, we like to get out and socialize.
I'm from Mauritius and looking for a private room in a shared house to rent. I am a responsible, mature and friendly person. I like to socialise and share my life experiences. I am not much of a party freak but i would enjoy spending some quality time with my mates when i'm free. i don't mind living in a house with ppets as im a dog lover. I strongly insist that privacy must be respected and be mutual among my flatmates
Extremely clean, easy going and can cook a good meal :) I'm pretty relaxed, easy to get along with and I love animals. Currently scheduled to start studying at Curtin University in February, so accommodation fairly close to there would be great but I'm flexible to anything.
Friendly and polite girl. Very clean and tidy. Non smoker and does not have children or pets. I am looking for a private bedroom in an existing shared house (preferably with own bathroom) in any suburb near Curtin University. I would like to live in a quiet house in order to be able to study and sleep. I will be studying (full-time) and working (par-time) at the same time. So I would be out of the house most of the time.
Hi my name is Tania from Colombia, I will be moving to Perth (February 1st of 2017) for a phd at curtin university and CSIRO working , I'm a petroleum engineer/scientists, very clean and quiet, non-smoker, love to cook, not much a party girl but like movies and travel . I'm looking for a shared place but I prefer to share with one or two persons max (please no more than 2 flatmates), the place must be furnished and have unlimited Internet. I'm looking for something near curtin and CSIRO maybe in South Pert/Victoria Park/Como. I Don't have pets but I do love animals so if you have Pets I'm ok with that. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
We blend easily and can make never-ending conversation or just keep mute and watch the news! Also, we come from a land far, far away, journeyed across the seven seas (actually, just the Indian ocean) with a bucketload of tales to tell. Wife's a baker & I'm a gamer (at night mostly though); during the day, I'm an engineer and we've got a cute and bubbly son who's 2yo- he's yet to choose his career. And as a plus, we do know how to keep a home tidy- and hopefully, you do too! Looking for a large room to stay, with all bills and internet included- while our accommodation is sorted.
Hello! Looking for somewhere to move as the lease at my current place is up in feb. looking for housemates similar to me, I'm pretty friendly and out going but also love to have me time and my own personal space. Bit of a wine drinker, enjoy the beach and seeing friends in my spare time. Try (key word try) to maintain a pretty healthy lifestyle
Looking for a room! ABOUT ME Open & warm. Peaceful/quiet. Unabashed introvert. Book worm. Full-time professional. Student. Triple J fiend. Fitness dabbler. Romancer of foods. Lover of doggies. Mild clean freak. Homebody/chiller. No parties. Seeking a place to call home. ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Ideally my own ensuite but not entirely essential. Secure parking, but again, not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. Some storage space available would be good, as I will be hauling the following along with me: 1 x double bed 1 x chest of drawers 1 x small bedside table 1 x IKEA clothes rack 1 x bicycle 1 x 6 seater dining table – the table is actually dismantled and really easy to store, it takes up very little room. The chairs however can’t be dismantled but I have them cleverly stacked onto each other and they don’t take up much space either. Lastly, I have an array of kitchen items which I can either unpack and use with you, or if you prefer to keep your kitchen as is I can just keep them in their plastic Red Dot storage containers (got about 2-3 containers full). It sounds like a lot after I type it out but it’s really not! My max rent would be $140 a week (ideally less than this though!) - or $150 a week inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings.
I am a friendly, young proffesional working for St John Ambulance that is always up for a good time but also super down to earth and very chilled out during the week. Well travelled including living in Austria/Germany for 3 months by myself. Into fitness, working out twice a day and likes to keep busy but also clean. Will be returning from travels in late March/April when I am looking to move out again. In my free time i will normally be having dinner with friends, watching vamprie diaries on netflix or planning my next holiday. If you want to know anything else just ask! :)
Hi there friendly people, Welcome to my ad and me (Ben), hopefully your near future housemate! I'm a British post-graduate student moving to Perth on 8th February to undertake 3 month research internship based at CSIRO in Kensington. I am urgently looking for place stay during this time and thank you in advance for contacting me. I'm a fun, friendly, sociable, and considerate guy. I always keeps a orderly, clean and tidy respectable living environment and am looking to contribute good vibes toward a happy home! Day to day I will be focused on the internship and will likely be having more of calm/chilling time in the evenings. On weekends I will be spending time with friends in Perth, meeting new people and exploring all that Perth has to offer. I'm a keen cyclist, an average runner, have an eclectic appreciate of music and film and am fairly well travelled. I am very partial to good food and would say I'm a practical home cook that's working on it! I am happy to live with professionals, students and pets and am seeking a private room. Hopefully I meet the profile of what your looking for in a housemate. If so, please do get in touch. Looking forward to hearing from you, Ben :)

Hello! My name is Ashlyn and my partner and I are seeking a housemate to move into an apartment with. As our current lease is not up until around the end of March we have not yet secured a lease on another place yet but we are looking for small 2 bedroom units and apartments in the NBN network. My partner James has a full time job while I study from home. We have two older cats; Missy and 3 (desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, house trained, and we use a clay litter so there is no smell). Both tend to keep to themselves but may approach for affection for the right person. These are house cats and do not go outside under any circumstances so you must be okay living in a house with pets. We are a generally quite, tidy and friendly couple. Smoking is okay but only outside of the house. Looking a friendly and bubbly person with a great sense of humour. - Bills share evenly or can negotiate a flat rate (most likely no more than $150 a week but that will be depending on the lease we secure) - NBN connection/Unlimited - Unfurnished room (rest of unit will be furnished as we go) - Air Conditioning - Can provide dinners if required (it's just as easy to cook for 3 as it is for two. Please contact me if you would like to meet in advance with my partner and I.

MUST be pet-friendly (pretty please). I am looking at moving into Perth around January/ February, as I am commencing study at University early next year. I also have a job lined up at an Early Childhood Education and Care centre and am super reliable. I'm very chill, friendly, easy going, tidy and social and I have a very friendly, well-trained retired greyhound along for the ride too!
I am an engineering professional who works in projects - when i'm not on a FIFO roster I am working in the Perth office full time. Seeking a fairly central location to cut down on the daily commute into the CBD - Perth and immediate surrounds would be ideal. Love a bit of socialising but also value peace and quiet. Fairly tidy and tend to keep to myself but also love a beer and a chat after work. Avid mountain biker - would need room to securely store my 2 bicycles. My afternoons/weekends are a mixture of exercising, cycling, video games and socialising over a few drinks. Off street parking is a must, secure parking is even better! I own a large car which can have trouble parking on street. Open to male or female housemates, would need to be able to accommodate having my girlfriend over during the week however.
I am 25 years old and have a degree in Communication. I am currently a full time postgraduate student studying Speech Pathology. I am a big stickler for cleanliness and am responsible about cleaning up common spaces and facilities. Lifestyle wise, I am quite a lowkey person, I enjoy reading, going for walks, and just chatting over a meal. However, I am very friendly and find it easy to get along with people. I am also adept at taking good photographs of you for your Instagram account and am willing to take shot after shot UNTIL YOU GET THE PERFECT PICTURE ;) I am also looking at adopting a small dog for companionship in a couple of months and would be willing to pay any pet bond to ensure the preservation of the property. It will be taken care of by me solely and will not be any trouble at all. Hoping to stay with mature individuals, postgraduate students and/or working professionals. Do hit me up if you think that we'd be great housemates (:
I'm a professional woman with a warehouse worker partner, we're both very driven and focussed on work but don't mind a few drinks on the weekend, not party animals and have the most amazingly beautiful cat in the world that would just have to come with us! Any more questions feel free to ask! Happy house sharing :D
I'm a great guy who cooks, cleans, friendly, plays the guitar and sings, enjoys people's company and knows how to share growing up with one brother and three sisters... So in summary, I'm a safe bet if you want a reliable, honest guy who wants to live without drama...

I don't do drugs, I do drink socially. I don't have a license so I'm looking for somewhere near public transport. I'm looking forward to finding a great space with some lovely people.
Hi, I'm Bec. 23, full-time Geologist based in a central Perth office although I can be away sporadically. I've been in share houses for the last 3 years and enjoy living with others. I like relaxing and having a chat after work and being out and about on weekends. I like living with people that enjoy a more homely household. It's great to know the people that you live with, but also have your own space sometimes. I'm tidy and easy going and have found living with similar people to be a lot of fun.

Yo renters of Perth, I'm looking to join a share house so we can revel in the impending panic of adulthood responsibilities together. I'm hoping to move to North Perth/Mt Lawley and surrounding areas ~or~ Vic Park and surrounding areas. But anything central is cool with me, in all honesty - if it seems like the right fit. I'm hoping to find chill vibes and friendly people to hang out with on occasion. I’m quite a social person but not a complete raging party animal either. A little about me: I'm 22, have one semester left in my psychology degree at UWA, I have a job in social work and an internship. I'm currently trying to learn to rollerblade and like going to shows a lot. I'm vego, but don't mind you eat meat. I spend most of my free time online or hanging with friends. I’m currently listening to a lot of Run the Jewels 3, Danny Browns new album, The Hotelier and The Garden. I can provide: a tv, a cross trainer, some kitchen stuff, vibes, a car for Maccas runs I’m generally pretty clean but not anal, I don’t smoke and am not into drugs.
Hi there, My name is Ben. I'm a young engineer hailing from Melbourne but I've lived in Perth and Darwin recently for work. I'm being rotated back to Perth at the end of Jan 2017 and will be working full-time in Perth CBD for a year. I've lived out of home for years and cook, clean, bake, do chores etc and whilst neat and clean am not overly so. I enjoy cycling, being active, exploring new places and cuisines with the odd drink, read a bit, like board-games and do all sorts of partner dancing (ballroom, swing, salsa, etc). I'm looking for somewhere to stay for at least 6 months in Perth surrounds where I can ride my bike to work, delve into the local food scene, walk for groceries and keep on dancing. I have a car so would like under-cover parking and a budget of $200pw including bills if house-sharing and am looking for an unfurnished room in a furnished home. I also have an iiNet NBN service that I would like to bring to Perth with me and would like to share it with roomies :) Drop me a message if you think you have something suitable or if you're interested in teaming up. Cheers!
<<< Hi everyone :) >>> Both Easy going , friendly and respectful couple. // Aged 24 & 22 \\ Not party animals Both work night shift at the airport , Hoping to find a place where it reflects a positive & happy Space. Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live in a fairly central location (Western Suburbs, Melville area, South Perth etc). I'm studying photography online and I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy (I play soccer and go to the gym, but enjoy all sports!) I'm a non-smoker/drug user and very respectful of others. I don't have any pets at the moment but there's nothing I love more than dogs so I would prefer a place where pets are considered! (I am also planning to apply for an assistance dog, so this is quite important) Ideally I would like my housemates to become like my family. I am a very friendly and sociable person, and like to hang out with my housemates, watching tv and having a few drinks together. I'm not a total party animal, but I do love having fun and enjoying being 20 - I'm a bit of a geek and an excellent drinker of cheap alcohol, will turn up at any party/bar/club/beer pong competition a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me as I am quite laid back - I do like to have my own space and often retreat to quiet places, but I'm looking for more than just a bed in a house - I'm looking to make lifelong friends as well! You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine. If youre looking for someone easy going who's always up for a TV/movie marathon, a drink, a chat, a laugh or a nap, Im the perfect housemate for you! ***i have a queen sized bed and various other pieces of furniture (including a desk) so the room would have to accommodate this*** PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME VIA PHONE, MESSAGE ME HERE :)
I am starting Uni at Curtin in February and am looking for a housemate (or 2) to share an apartment with. I would be moving in mid February. I'm mostly study-focused and am looking for a place that is a safe and conducive environment. I'm especially particular on cleanliness and hygiene so I would definitely keep the apartment clean! Ideally, I would want to rent an apartment with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. This guarantees each of us gets our own bathroom! I am sociable and friendly but definitely prefer a night on the couch with Netflix (and a drink) instead of a massive party. I'm pretty involved with Waterpolo and definitely love a good workout. Hikes on the weekends are a definite yes! I love cooking (especially homemade food) and baking too. I would be getting a car when I arrive back in Perth and would need a car-bay (preferably sheltered). I would also be more than happy to do grocery runs together and head out for nights out! Should you be interested, do contact me (:
hey awesome people, this fella is from a small country called brunei in between Malaysia (makes me bruneian chinese), looking for a place to call home during my stay in Perth. I chose 4 months so it would be easier if i want to add up instead of cutting off. I'm a super friendly person, nice if its mutual :), likes to joke around but not that kind that annoys people, enjoy cooking at home instead of eating out (home cooked food still the best). Bonding time with housemates are the best to create a warm stay while away from home. i clean up the place and i wish everyone does in the house, likes to tidy and not messy. I can be your friend if you need someone to talk to, if you need quiet space, it's provided as well :p. I hope to have awesome, fun, friendly housemates soon!
Hey! My name is Anitha and I will be moving from Sydney to Perth for work at the Department of Health. I have lived in Sydney for most of my life so this will be quite a new change for me. I am someone who is easy to get along with and values highly honesty, respect and understanding. In my spare time I generally like to get out and do new things with others whether that's exploring new places, eating great food or having a night out when needed. However I am also someone who enjoys staying in (watching a movie, sharing dinner, having your own downtime) - quite flexible depending on the priorities of my house mate. Other hobbies/interests of mine: Singing, interior design, foodie, beach, memoirs, tennis, travel Looking forward to meeting future flatmate/s :)
