Hello!! I've lived in a shared home once before with four other girlfriends. I work as a private cleaner, so I'm a very clean and tidy tenant. I'm an extremely organised person, I'm completing my diploma in Beauty Therapy so I'd be a great asset to a female share house! I grew up with a chef in the house so my cooking skills are developed, not great but I can do more than fry an egg. I don't drink very often, however, I am a smoker.
Self employed have a cat single easy going very clean I’d like a place with a lock up garage for my Harley and car also a bit of grass for my cat to go outside in the afternoons
Both young men working in the construction industry and are nearing the end of our apprenticeships. We both have experience with renting and were hoping to either find single room in a share house or a granny flat for one of us as our lease ends soon or a 4x2 or 3x1 or a 2x1 and 1 or 2 other clean tidy respectful and happy people to share a house with. One of us owns two dogs, very friendly, playful and well behaved animals. We respect people's privacy and downtime but also can be very sociable and we don't mind a few bevvies on the odd night, definitely not looking for a party/drug house! Our lease ends on the 20th of January so we don't have much time and therefore are open to other suburbs. we would like to meet the potential house mates prior to moving in so we can get to know you a little bit more before making any commitments. looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hey I'm Tenaiya, I'm an easygoing 23 year old studying law full-time and working in a cafe part-time.I enjoy good conversation and/or an occasional games night but I also like to have my own space to study and I respect boundaries. I'm looking for a friendly household that doesn't mind socialising in or outside of the house (I'd love to be good friends with my potential roomie/s) but also respects personal space and privacy. Also, kind of obvious that your house would need to be lgbt+ friendly. It's also cool if you're quiet and prefer to keep to yourself. Pretty easy to get along with as I'm out of the house a lot of the time between work, uni and I'm currently doing a full-time (paid) internship in the city over the summer. If you like crime dramas, comedies, brooklyn nine-nine, netflix docos and sitcoms and lame memes then we'll get along great. I love all pets so if you have pets that's a huge plus! I also have a kitten who's a few months old now (house-trained and super adorable) so must be willing to consider pets. If you're reading this and think that I'll be a good fit to your household, send me a message and tell me a bit about yourself :) also pretty flexible with a move date so feel free to ask me any questions etc
We are a couple working full time, Lochlan as a Landscaper at Greenworx and Grace as a carer at Guildford Care Facility. Lochlan will be coming along until March as he attends the Defence Force on March 12th 2018. We occasionally drink, we are fit and healthy, we keep to ourselves but also love to chat with everyone. We are hardly at home being out and about. We are respectful and quiet. Our hobbies are fishing, swimming, gym, being outdoor, etc. I have a majority of my own furniture to bring also but can leave some behind. We can only afford to pay 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks in advance

I'm an IT professional working full time in the CBD. I keep to myself and I work 12 hour shifts, so you probably won't see a lot of me. I do use the internet quite a lot due to work and that I'm a 22 year old male who plays video games.
I'm a friendly, chilled out Kiwi professional who loves music, nachos, storms, and patting dogs I work FIFO on a 15/13 roster, which may change to an 8/6 in 2018. When I'm back in town I get out and find some live music, and catch up with folks for whatever adventures sound fun. During the week I like to chill at home or go explore the city I'm clean and tidy, respectful, I don't hog the bathroom, and I make a mean mojito. I enjoy a chat about almost anything. I'm vegan but not a dick about it. I come with a small record collection, I pay bills on time, and I do my dishes. Drama is very low on my priorities, Sriracha sauce is pretty high Happy to live with girls and guys, LGBTQI+ friendly, and happy to live with pets. I'm looking for a large-ish room somewhere close to the city, to share with friendly and respectful housemates for 2018
Hey potential roomie! I'm an occupational therapist, 22, and looking for a quiet, clean, and friendly place to live. I work full time, enjoy pilates, and like spending time with my friends on weekends. Secretly love having a glass of wine and playing boardgames with friends. Looking for a place with off-street parking.
I love listening to music and freestyle dancing. I'm very strict on cleanliness and hygiene. A Very sociable person. Own a karaoke set :). Passionate about gaming and working out.
A few things about me that I think might be important to know before you choose to live with me: Alleged Positives - I am easy going and have a lot of patience - I love to bake and cook, especially slow cook meals - I am a very tidy person and my friends are always amazed how fast I can clean-up - I am social, but I am more a 'sit down and talk person' than a 'party hardy person' Alleged Negatives - For example: If my bread is moldy and I want a sandwich I will steal your bread..(Sorry!), but I will leave a thank you note replace it within a day :) - I have a boyfriend and most of the time I am at his place, but I would like him to be welcome and stay at mine as well now and then - I am from the Netherlands, my family can visit me most likely once a year (for instance if my mum and dad would be coming over for one month. I would like to live somewhere where they would be welcome to stay for that period) Besides that, I am a professional working at Curtin University, and I am doing my PhD in experimental psychology and psychopathology (final year). I identify myself as a healthy person, I love to exercise, and eat good food. I do indulge sometimes, chocolate is my favorite and as my family owns vineyards, I was raised with the love for wine.
Hey I'm Tom, I'm a friendly young guy who works full-time for the state government. Looking to move closer to Ashfield to shorten my daily commute. Please only reply about properties within the suburbs I have listed. Thanks
Hi! I've been living in Bridgetown for the past year and a half and have recently accepted a job in Perth that begins in January, so I'm looking for a happy, clean, friendly home to move into before Christmas. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a N64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) but I also really love my alone time too. Looking for room mates with similar interests because I think being friends with the people you live with makes for a happy home. I'm a tidy, considerate, funny and friendly person but I can be pretty particular about things being clean and fly-wire doors staying closed because I'm terrified of bugs, especially cockroaches! I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I don't want to live with people like that. Cheers, Emily.
I'm an employed 26 year-old female engineer who recently relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia. Have lived with my housemates/ roommate in Melbourne during my undergraduate studies 4 years ago with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 120-150pw (no bills included) or 160-170pw (bills included) or anyone else who are like-minded to share a house with. Hoping to move or find a place by the end of November 2017.
*Not available until end of January* Hello! I'm 21 years old (22 in April) and have just graduated from a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Bond University in Queensland. I start full-time work in February with a commercial city law firm. I've been out of my parents' place since 2014, and am well 'house-trained'. I would be moving in at the end of January (20rd - 30th), and staying for the foreseeable future. I'm looking for something walking-distance to a train station and relatively close to the city, as I have a car but don't particularly want to pay for parking at the station every day. I'm super organised and like to keep my space and the house tidy - my usual practice is to meal prep once a week or so and freeze so I don't have to cook during the week. I'm vegetarian but not strict, and have no worries about housemates eating or prepping meat in the kitchen etc. In terms of other things, I'm bisexual, although I don't make a big thing out of it. Further, I don't usually bring people home (I'm leaving a boyfriend in the Gold Coast), and am not interested in a party house, although a wine and cheese night or a few bevs is always appreciated. I am very social, but sometimes need downtime (and will respect your space) and usually am a very bubbly and energetic person. I like to keep fit (spent most of my university career working part-time in a gym) and am a bit of a movie buff, specifically zombie movies! I look forward to meeting you! P.s. Unfortunately, to maximise my 'break time' between university and full-time work, I'm staying in the Gold Coast until early January so am unavailable for coffee or house viewings until then.
