My husband and I have recently relocated to Perth for my 2-year Master’s program at Curtin University and are looking for a stable place to call home.

We believe we would be ideal tenants for the following reasons.

Stable & Mature: At 29 and 32, we prioritize a quiet, healthy lifestyle. We're nonsmoker and have no pets and no children, ensuring the place remains in pristine condition.

Proven Track Record: We pride ourselves on being tidy and responsible; we have excellent reference available to verify our care for previous homes, cleanliness and reliability.

Financial Security: To demonstrate our commitment and financial stability, we are prepared to pay some months of rent in advance.

Long-Term Commitment: Since my studies conclude in 2028, we are looking for a minimum 12-month lease with a strong intention to renew.

We are ready to move in immediately.
