Ishani

Hello! I'm Ishani and I'm moving to Sydney for full-time work in mid-March. I seek accommodation in the following areas: Macquarie Park, Marsfield, Epping, North Ryde, Chatswood, Eastwoord, Rhodes, Top Ryde and (other nearby areas with good transport to Macquarie).

I'm looking for an ensuite room or room with private bathroom with preference for 3 other people maximum (flexible on this if need be) in a flat. I'm a tidy and clean person, and really value living in a nice and stress-free environment; so I will love to live with people who also clean up after themselves. My budget range is 300-420 (including bills preferably if on the later end) PW for a private ensuite room, ideally looking for long-term stay.

I don't smoke or do other drugs, so looking to live with individuals with similar life styles, and also somewhere that's not a party flat. I'm an ambivert so I respect people's spaces, but also don't mind socialising.

I make my own food, so I need to live where cooking is allowed. I also don't mind living with people who have pets because I love cats and dogs.

In personal interests, I enjoy walking, anime, manga, video and board games (so everything nerdy!) so if similar interests are something you seek in a flatmate (and you have those) it would be awesome to flat with people with similar interests that I can hopefully befriend!
