I’m a reliable and tidy tenant looking for a quiet, comfortable place to call home. I work full-time and keep a fairly structured routine, so I value a peaceful living environment and treat a property with care and respect.

I pay rent on time, keep the apartment clean and well maintained, and I’m considerate of neighbours and building rules. I don’t host parties and mostly keep to myself outside of work and normal daily life. I’m looking for a longer-term place where I can settle in and be at ease while I’m at home.
