🏠 LOOKING FOR A ROOM TO RENT – preferably long term :)
Budget: $250-$350 week including bills..
I’m currently looking for a rental or a room in a share house south of the river in Perth (apartment, unit, or house).
I’m 24 years old, working in hospitality as a causal, but am actively looking for part- time/full-time work. i can provide a reference if needed. I have my own car and I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. When I’m not working, I keep to myself but am happy for chats!
Ideally looking for something long-term and looking for something preferably furnished, but I’m open depending on the situation. I’m also flexible with location for the right place. Also prefer a place that isn't too strict about having my partner stay over for the night (with a heads up of course). He is tidy, respectful and has his own place I would stay too some nights/days.
