Hi there!
My name is Young-hyun (you can call me Young), and I’m a 23-year-old student currently living in Melbourne. I’m looking for a new place to call home, preferably in or near the CBD.
I’m a very clean, organized, and respectful person. I take pride in keeping my living space tidy and always make sure to clean up after myself in the kitchen and common areas immediately. I’m not just saying this—I genuinely enjoy a neat environment and believe it’s the key to a happy shared home!
In terms of lifestyle, I’m quite chilled and quiet. I’m usually busy with my studies or working part-time, so I value having a peaceful environment to recharge. I’m definitely not a "party person" and I’m very mindful of others’ privacy and need for quiet time, especially at night.
That being said, I’m friendly and always up for a quick chat or a coffee if our paths cross in the kitchen. I have experience living in shared houses before, so I understand the importance of boundaries, paying bills on time, and contributing to the household chores.
In my free time, I love watching Formula 1 or catching up on some shows. I’m also a reliable person who values clear communication to ensure everyone feels comfortable at home.
