My name is Beta, I am a 39 year old single woman who is seeking a room share. I am a responsible and respectful tenant, always prompt with my rent payments and maintain a clean and tidy home. I am very friendly, however also respect boundaries in shared living. I enjoy reading, listening to music (headphones) and working.

I am currently receiving support from Coast Shelter’s Women and Children’s Refuge after escaping domestic violence. I ensure that I apply for properties within my affordability and have also applied for the Rent Choice Start Safely program, which will assist with my rent payments for up to 3 years.

I am currently not working due to medical issues, however, I anticipate to re-join the workforce in the coming months following a required surgery.

The staff at Coast Shelter have provided a support reference letter.
