I'm 19 going to university this year at Monash, full-time. My rent is going to made financially supported by my parents so payment will always be reliable and on time. I'm originally from regional Victoria and closer to campus for the sake of convenience.
I'm fairly easy going and like to go to the gym, watch sport and catch up with a couple of friends of mine, but I also like a quiet and relaxed environment when I'm home. I'm clean, respectful of shared spaces, I'm not a big partyer.
I'm searching for a place where everyone is considerate and comfortable--a place, preferably a household, that is calm, neat, and people friendly but, also, respect each other's space.
