I'm Jarrad, 28, moving back to Wollongong in mid-March. I run my own AI business remotely and I'm finishing my final semester of my Bachelor of Business at UOW.
I work from home so I'm around during the day, but I'm quiet, clean, and genuinely easy to live with. I keep shared spaces tidy and respect people's space during the week.
