Hi, I'm Monica! I'm currently based in Sydney and looking to move to the Gold Coast sometime in May .

I'm friendly, easy going and pretty laid back. I am neat and tidy and considerate in shared spaces and really value a peaceful, comfortable home.

I will be moving to QLD to attend Bond University for my postgraduate qualifications in Psychology. I'll either be attending classes, studying or working part-time, so it's likely I'll barely be home.

I enjoy a balance of shared happy moments and am quite flexible with different lifestyles, however I do value quiet me time and ideally would prefer a home that isn't a huge party house.
