My friend and I are currently looking for a place in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We are both responsible, clean and respectful guys, working full time with stable income.
I work across the eastern side of Melbourne and have a company car, so location and access are convenient for me. We live a healthy lifestyle work, gym, routine and we’re not into parties.
We always pay rent on time, keep shared areas clean, and respect other people’s privacy and house rules. We’re looking for a stable, long term place and would treat the home as our own.
