I am very easy going and adapt to most living situations. I am tidy and very respectful of those I share space with. Great at communicating, not passive aggressive, light hearted. I am going to be spending the next 2 years in Melbourne for grad school so would like to find amazing roommates and have one less thing to stress over. Open to short and long term situations.
Hey there, I am an outgoing, yet respectful mid 20's gal! After working in the Canberra public service for three years, I've decided to have a quarter life century crisis and move to Melbourne to undertake postgrad study in Journalism. I lived in a large share house for 18 months and previously house sat many places so am experienced in (and really enjoy) living with other, similar minded people. Am looking to find a home in a new or established share house. I love a good glass of wine, great food and a chat about life/the universe/anything. Hoping to find somewhere by mid February at the latest. As I will be studying, ideally my room will have space for a desk. A car space is also preferable. I can contribute some furniture/appliances (or not) depending on what is needed. Look forward to chatting with you! Cheers
I'm a super fun and easy-to-get-along-with type of person. Very chill. I'm tidy, clean up after myself and have a beautiful 2y.o cat MC who brings so much love and joy to anywhere, where we live. I work full time and am about to relocate to Melbourne to start my nursing career. I enjoy spending time by myself and with friends. In my spare time I enjoy reading, doing puzzles, going out to gigs, seeing my friends etc. and all of the finer things in life (chocolate, wine, pizza haha)! If I sound like someone you could get along with, holla!
Moving back to Melbourne after 2 years in Sydney to take up a new full time role in the medical education field. I am a social person and love to head out for a beer at the local pub, or for lunch/dinner anywhere new. Love meeting new people, can be quiet at first but warm up to people pretty fast. Looking for housemates that are inclusive and like to do things together like chat while cooking meals during the week, perhaps hit up a pub trivia session every once in a while or have an afternoon of beer drinking on the weekend. I'm not new to Melbourne have lived there many times and in a variety of suburbs. Have lived in many share houses throughout my life in my home town; Warrnambool, Melbourne, London and Sydney. I know how to treat a house and my flatmates with respect and hope to find others who are the same. I have a 2 gorgeous 12 month old black cats named shadow and lunar they are both pretty smoochy and is toilet trained and will be more of an indoor cat.

Hi I'm Harry, I'm 22 yrs old currently living in armadale and looking to move to a suburb like richmond, windsor, carlton..etc. with young social people. I would be great to live with because I have a very easy-going personality, always up for a good time or a chat and don’t get perturbed by anything very easily. Living at home at the moment in Armadale, I’m very diligent of keeping a relaxed environment, personal space/privacy, cleanliness and chore responsibility. My hobbies are music, playing in a band, hiking and having a good time with friends! At the moment I’m studying Environmental Science at RMIT and am passionate about nature, agriculture and animals. I’m also keeping busy with working at a grocer on chapel street and playing guitar in a band. Looking forward to having a relaxing summer and doing lots of travelling/fun stuff
Looking for a relaxed household to join. I recently finished my Masters of Teaching (Secondary) (History, Politics, English, Humanities) in July this year. I am currently working as a casual relief teacher and as an out of school hours carer/educator. I have also secured a full-time teaching position which starts in the new school year at the end of January 2018 - so I'm looking for somewhere a bit closer to school. I tend to keep myself pretty busy during the week! But when I do have spare time on the weekends I like to go out socialising, see live music, go to the cinema etc. or relax at home with a book, Netflix, or cook, ride my bike, day trip/road trip etc. All of the usual stuff.
I am a 30 year old professional who works full time for a Royal Medical College in East Melbourne. When I'm not working I love exploring Melbourne and socialising with my friends and family. Lynsey =^.^=
I'm moving to Melbourne from Canberra on 6 January 2018 to start a new, ongoing full-time research job at Monash University. I have a dog, so I'm looking for a house with a yard or large courtyard, and a pet-friendly housemate/s. I'm a single gay guy into movies, music, gym, art, and history, and a considerate, quiet housemate who is experienced in share-house living. Barkley's full time occupation is bouncing around the yard and generally being adorable; he’s a large, affectionate husky/heeler who loves attention. He sheds a bit of hair, but overall he is a great housemate! I have a big squat rack, benches, weights etc which I can either bring or sell, depending on space restrictions. I can also bring or sell couches, bookshelves, etc. I spend most of my time being active - either at work, walking Barkley, at the gym, writing music (with headphones!) or going out, but also enjoy a spot of communal-area lounging/vegging on occasion. I would ideally like to find someone who is up for the odd chat/movie/meal/beer, but also values independence, peace and privacy. I like to keep communal areas clean (especially the kitchen/bathroom) but am easy-going and drama-free. I am tidy, respectful and a good communicator. While I'll be working out at Clayton campus, I want to find somewhere close to the city, so I can enjoy the Melbourne lifestyle. Please contact me if this sounds good to you!
I am kees and I am 21 years old. I am from the Netherlands and I am here in Australia on a work holiday visa.I will be working in Melbourne as a personal/fitness trainer. I am an easy going, tidy guy who is up for new adventures and challenges. I don't need much and will stay to myself if I need to. But I am also interested in socializing of course.
Hello, I will be pursuing my maters in analytics in RMIT in the following year 2018. I am fun person, and even tidy most of the times. Big time Manchester United fan and addicted in learning about technology.
Hey everyone, I’m looking for a room near Hawthorn- flexible with length of stay/suburbs/move date). :) I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. ...and punctuality with rent/housekeeping, but I suppose that's a given. 😌 I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, music, games and outings such as live events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. If those things aren't really your cup of tea, i'm also open to new things and don't really drag people into my personal hobbies anyway. I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard, not a big spender. I also have an excellent rental history that I can provide references for upon request.)

hi, I'm Dany (girl) I'm 28 y.o. I'm looking for a place to live while I'm studing English and working in Melbourne. I'm doing this like a life experience so I just need a cosy and quiet place, I'm easygoing and like to make new friends
Available: Feb 2018, open to paying earlier for the right place. :) Hello! I'm Phy, 29 y/o Photographer/Creative from S'pore looking for friendly housemates who are keen on staying together along the tram 86 route (yup, I'm starting my postgrads in La Trobe Uni in the coming year) in the CBD/Fitzroy/Northcote/Bundoora areas. The plan is to study full-time while taking on freelance photo/design jobs. I might have the occasional visitor or two who might need to crash on our couch for a coupla days so naturally I'm opening to having your guests over too. I guess mutual respect goes a long way. :) Ideally, I'd love to share a 3 bed/2 bath apartment with you, so we can have a spare guest room/office/music room, and our own bathrooms. A little bit about myself, I love music (a major plus if you play any instruments so we can jam at home) and might bring my keyboard/guitar/uke along. I also enjoy cooking and am a major nerd so if you enjoy gaming/nerding out, we'll have a really good time together! I've done quite a bit of backpacking around the world so I'm pretty easy going and open minded. I'm independent and can clean up after myself. I enjoy private times as much as laughing our heads off over silly things. There are also plenty of really nice apartments/townhouses for rent along High Street (Thornbury / Northcote) so I'm open to teaming up to start a new house share! You know what, just hit me up and we can work out the details. Cheers and God bless!
Hi there! I'm moving to Melbourne to study design at Swinburne (Hawthorn) in February 2018 so I've started looking for a place to call home and lovely people to share it with! Something close to uni or close to a station that takes me to uni would be perfect :D As a flatmate, I'm sociable and friendly so I'd love a meal together and/or a post-work/uni chat but I'll totally understand when you need your own space. I'm also tidy and good with paying rent on time and can bake an earth-shatteringly good batch of blondies. I'm happy to do my share of chores and I'm cool with pets and parties, too! And as a person; I love Frank Ocean, Nigella Lawson, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (look I promise I only *enjoy* the show and I'm not as depraved as the gang. Okay maybe sometimes I am. Desperate times.) My recent YouTube searches include RIP Vine compilations and Buzzfeed Unsolved, so make of that what you will. Basically I'm always up for a good laugh, good food, and terrifyingly gruesome murders. If any of this sounds like your thing, hit me up! :D

Hi I'm Lauren and I'm from the UK on a working holiday visa! I'd come to Melbourne before and absolutely loved it so I'm back for a few months now! I'm a massive foodie so I love cooking and going out for brunch, and I also like going to the gym and keeping fit. Gin and tonics are my favourite so it's a bonus if anyone likes those! I'm hoping to stay here maybe 6 to 8 months and have a steady income from investment properties back home, although I'm looking for casual cafe work as well to keep me busy! Let me know if there's anything else you want to know! :)
Express of Interest - December 2017 Hi people! I'm Natalia, early 30's from Chile, and I'm looking for my next "definitive" place to stay for at least 6 months, or maybe more. I'm a chilled and easygoing girl, working in admin, clean and tidy (sometimes too much, lol), respectful, looking for a place where I feel "at home". I've worked and lived in NZ, Chile and USA, and have shared apts before, so I know how it works ;) I enjoy watching movies, sharing a bottle of wine or a meal, but also really appreciate the quietness during week nights. I'm looking to have a private furnished room, hopefully with own bathroom, but don't mind to share it with one or two more. Not more than 3 ppl living in the apartment please! I'm escaping from a 6ppl house :) I'm willing to pay max, max, max $250 (bills included), hopefully less :D I have a pretty active life, I like going out, listening to live music, go for drinks, or picnics in the park, dancing, sometimes have a couple of friends over for dinner, and happy to be friends with my housemates, if that flows naturally... so if you're looking for someone like me, send me a msg! Thanks! :)
Hi guys, we are a 27 yo couple from Paris, looking for a great shared house in Melbourne ! We are easy-going, curious and outgoing, but we like our independence too. In Melbourne for our jobs and start a new life ! See you
I'm an engineer from Newcastle. I like the outdoors and I'm generally quite active during the week with a variety of sports usually followed by a nice meal or craft beer :) At home I like to occasionally cook something new, play a bit of guitar or just have a chat. I like to think that I'm trustworthy, easy going and tend to equal other people's efforts. Looking to share with similar people who are active and sociable, but also respect each other's space and privacy.
