Originally from Canberra, but promise I'm more not boring! Currently living in Kew but seeking an unfurnished room in the the inner north area. Full time Project Manager working in the far Eastern suburbs. Enjoy making tunes and spinning decks in my spare time, as well as hitting the gym and playing bball. Keen to join a household that's up for occasional hangouts or shared meals. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Looking for a home with house mates, not just a house with strangers.
I am returning to University to change course in life - so you can relax, my house party days are largely over (although more than happy to get a boogie on in town). I have lived in numerous sharehouses in London and around Japan and I am considerate and respectful. I love dogs and have a great vinyl collection. I live healthily and surf a lot - so expect me to disappear for the day every now and then as I head down to the surf coast!
Recently moved back to Melbourne for work after spending some time in WA. Pretty laid back & consider myself clean, tidy and respectful of others. Relax by stretching, reading, swimming, yoga, guitar, relaxing & things of that sort...
My current lease ends by Dec 5th. Looking for a private room/shared room from December. Am fun but not exactly a party type. Clean and tidy. Prefers within free tram zone
I'm a 22 yo student from South of France, working in communication and marketing. I was in Sydney for a month and now moving to Melbourne. I'd like to work for a moment in Melbourne to get a better English and meet new people, and then travel a bit. I'm always smiling and easy to live with. I'd be glad to share dinner and moments with my future flatmates sometimes. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have a place in your flatshare, and like to meet me :)
Hi I'm Will. I grew up on a vineyard I Tasmania where I learnt all about good wine, waves and southern hospitality. 24 years old - I moved to Melbourne in 2015 to study Advertising at RMIT and now work full time in Digital Marketing on Chapel St. I have been living in a beautiful old house South Yarra since 2016, which is about to knocked down to build units. It's been a good run, and I'm hoping to stay in the SE area. A typical week for me looks like the classic 9-5 Monday to Friday, Gym and a couple of mid-week dinners out. On the weekends I look forward to brunch around Richmond or South Yarra, going to the football or a stand up comedy show and catching up with my friends if I don’t have any projects on the go. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere in Richmond, South Yarra or East Melbourne to be close to brother. I have dinner with his family a couple of times a week and mind his kids so I'd like to remain close by. - I'm big believer in good communication and I pride myself on being approachable and having a good sense of empathy. - I'm single, tidy, live a healthy lifestyle and am a positive thinking person. - I like to surround myself with people who are friendly, positive, and have a good sense of humour. - I'm a fairly outgoing person who likes meeting new people. I don't take myself too seriously and am always down for laugh. If you have any more questions, feel free Thanks, Will.
hellooo, I’m Jenna, i’m a 19y/o 2nd year BSc student studying at UoM, moved from perth! Unfortunately I have to leave my current house as i'm no longer able to afford the rent. I've been at the place for 9 months, living with 4 boys so basically I can handle anything 😎 I enjoy cheap wine, cheesy netflix movies and tv shows, food, makeup and all the general good things!
My name is Alexandre. Me and my girlfriend (Paula) are looking for a place to share for at least three months in Melbourne (it can be extended). We like our privacy but we also like to hang out sometimes, drink some good beer/wine listen to music, go to bars etc. We will be working full and part time/studying.

Hi, I'm Soph I'm a 27-year-old Nurse looking for housemate/s to live with in the central/south Melbourne area. I am originally from Perth and have been in Melbourne since January and I love it here. I work at Royal Children’s Hospital in ICU. I am really easygoing, I love a glass of wine and a trashy movie, live music, the beach, eating/drinking out and hanging with friends. Looking for a place with similarly minded roomies! I’m always up for a house dinner/bottle of wine but am also really conscious of everyone’s space. I am super tidy and always pull my weight around the house! Contact me if you're interested! Probably better to text as I am not online a heap. Hope to hear from you!
Hi guys, looking to move into a new home in Melbourne and able to move in immediately. Below is a short description on who I am and what I'm after. 30 year old from Ireland, working full-time just outside of the CBD, been living in houseshares for years, very tidy and not a fan of clutter! During the week I like to chill out, keep fit, cook dinners, and like to explore the city at the weekends. Interested in music, looking to find people or a person for a teamup who is on a similar level. I would love a flat in the city centre (ideally with a pool as I love to swim), very keen to teamup with someone who is after the same thing. Also up for a house-share - Carlton, Carlton North, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North areas - not too far away from the city basically as I don't want the commute to be too long. Available to move in asap with bond and first months rent ready to go!
We are from the UK looking to continue our careers in Australia, Lucy from London and John from Sheffield both into fitness and sports. Have been together 5 years and dont quibble. We both like to work and play hard. Work life balance very important. Love to cook and go out for food. Excited to meet new people on our new adventure. Also very clean and tidy, a clean house is a happy house. Lucy is a Clinical Pilates instructor and John is an Automotive Design Engineer.
Hi! I'm Ivy and i'm from Byron Bay. I'm looking to make the move to Melbourne late January/early Feb to study my love, photography, at RMIT. Although I'm currently studying childcare and working in a child-care centre. I run a music blog with my current roommate called Funk'n'Punk that i do the band/music photography for! So most of my spare time is spent at local gigs, which is what i love most. House-mate wise i'm very calm and easygoing, clean, tidy and respectful of personal space. I currently live with a vegan so i'm used to not cooking or eating meat in the house if that is necessary. I tend to spend my time at home in my room editing photos, listening to music etc. but i'm also always for a chat or to share some tunes. Message me with any more Q's! Thanks!
Hey, I'm Yi An (or you can call me Madelyn) from Taiwan. I am currently living in Jakarta as an intern English teacher and will be studying Speech Pathology at the University of Melbourne by February. Looking for a comfortable place where I can have my own space but also hang out with friends. I am very respectful to people's needs and hope others would respect me the same way. I'm clean and tidy and would love things to be organized. I am also easy-going, friendly, reliable and positive and I love to laugh. Oh, and I love plants and animals. During the week I will probably be really busy, so I'll need a quiet place for me to relax (or study). But on the weekend or in my spare time, I enjoy drawing, painting, reading and going to the movies. I also love outdoor activities like mountain climbing, jogging, camping or just traveling around and exploring cool and unique coffee shops. Feel free to contact me if you think I will be a suitable Flatmate. :)
I like traveling and have lived in Japan for a few years where I taught at a university. I'm now working and completing a diploma in Japanese part time. I can speak Japanese pretty fluently and am pursuing it more so I can use it at work. As well as studying and working I try to keep active. I go to gym and play futsal twice a week. I'd like to live with people who share similar interests. If you speak another another language or are interested in international culture we'll probably get along. Other hobbies include music and snowboarding (when I can). I'm usually pretty quiet but also happy to socialize with sharemates. I'm clean, sociable and easy to get along with.
Hi, I'm Cris! A creative minded, 36yo guy, making ends-meet working long hours in Customer Service (both night shift and day shift). First and foremost, I'm absolutely drama free and I love that nice, calm lifestyle. Chilled and happy. Generally, I tend to enjoy my own company and can easily keep myself entertained doing creative things but, I also love to watch a movie with my housemates or share a meal together when we're all home at once and feeling social. I'm friendly, genuine and notoriously sarcastic if allowed to be! ;) I am a non-smoker but, don't mind living with outside smokers. I am gay ("A gay man in Melbourne. Groundbreaking!" - Miranda Priestley) so, I need to live in a gay friendly house. I love animals and I know lots about them so... new furry housemates to compliment the human ones are a big plus for me. Dogs get infinity points and a cuddle! ;) I'd like to find a place around $200-250pw (not including bills). I drive so, will just need a spot on-street. Also happy to provide character and rental references if needed. ;)
I'm a working professional with the worlds cutest and best behaved groodle. He's house trained/completely non shedding/hypoallergenic. I live a fairly regimented life with work, gym, dog walks, etc. I like to go to dog beaches or walks on weekends and enjoy the occasional dinner party or wine and cheese night. I have a very introverted side and sometimes retreat to my own room for quiet time. Other times I'm happy to hang out and socialize so it would be great to have a roommate that understands the balance of both. I love to cook and am happy to share meals if that's of interest. Otherwise, I'll meal prep once a week. I'm originally from Canada and do prefer a shoes off household. There's something about tracking everything from the outside into a home that I can't quite adjust to. Outside of that, I'm respectful of other peoples needs and requirements.
Hey, We are a young couple in our 30s, well-traveled, worked in various cultures, multilingual, have a variety of interesting experiences to share and easy to get along. I am an experienced finance professional and moved to Melbourne recently from overseas. I have previously lived in Melbourne briefly in 2015 and have a close circle of friends here. My wife is an educationist and more recently moved into jewelry designing, she will be joining me in Melbourne in a couple of weeks from now. We like to strike a balance between work and being fit and although we are not active gym people but try to walk the miles to keep in shape. My wife and I love to travel and we had the chance to extensively travel across the Middle East, Europe and Far East Asia. We are looking for an option which respects privacy of its inhabitants and has a great location. Please give me a call or send me a text if you would like to get in contact. Cheers, Umair
I am a 32 yr old female, who is sporty, participating in triathlons, trail running and ocean swimming. I also like the occasional drink and socialising with friends and family. I like music and being outdoors. I also like some of my own time. I just got a ft job in Melbourne, so I am moving to Melbourne from Perth beginning of November.
I'm a British doctor moving to Melbourne to start working in Austin Hospital. I've been in Australia for a year in Queensland and hoping to stay long-term. Will be working 50% of weekends and doing night shifts so sometimes sleeping during the day. Interests include football (what you might call soccer), socialising, running, cycling, environmentalism, the gym, outdoor activities, reading and festivals. Very generic I know. Clean and house-trained. Mostly looking for a place in an existing house to move into but could be convinced to go for a new property. Like seemingly everyone else on here, I would like a sociable flat where we might share a bottle of wine and the occasional night out but also value some alone time.
Hi, I'm a mother of two from Brunei Darussalam & I will be bringing my daughter to start Uni in Melbourne mid February 2019 and staying on for awhile until she is nicely settled with her friends in long term accommodation. So for myself (one person only), I am looking for short term accommodation from 18th Feb until 8th March 2019; either a Private room but housemate(s) must be all female(s) only or an Entire place if any within my budget of A$350+- per week in Melbourne CBD area or its surrounding up to around 15mins by tram/train to Melbourne Central Station or near to Uni Melb. I am easygoing, friendly, tidy, clean, respectful of others' personal space & property. I rarely cook, if I do it will be light cooking. I'm also a non-smoker & looking for a clean, tidy, quiet place with WiFi, Kitchen and living room area in case my daughter and/or son (who is currently studying in melbourne) drops by. But most of the time, I will be out with my kids or exploring Melbourne myself for the rest of my trip :)
