I’m seeking a long-term home where I can properly settle and create a calm, stable base. I work full-time with consistent, reliable income. I work quite a lot, so I’m often out or on shift and not home excessively. I also study online.
I’m sociable and friendly, but I genuinely value my own downtime as well. Home for me is a sanctuary rather than a social hub. I prefer catching up with friends out and coming home to a peaceful environment. No pets, no children, and no surprise extra occupants.
I’m tidy, respectful of neighbours, and proactive with maintenance. Rent would always be paid on time, and I take commitments seriously. The occasional bedroom “floordrobe” is about as chaotic as it gets.🤣
I’m looking for stability and would genuinely treat the property as my own. And housemate/s who are easy, tidy and can have a laugh.
