Short-term stay wanted (1–3 weeks) – arriving 12 Aug

Hi everyone,I'm a 29-year-old female, currently travelling in Australia. I've just finished working in Sydney and Cairns (6 months each), and now I'm coming to Perth to explore the city and wait for my second WHV approval.

I'll be landing at Perth Airport on 12 August at 8 PM, so I'd need a room from that date onwards.

I'm looking for a private room for about 1 to 3 weeks, with flexible end date depending on when my visa comes through. My budget is up to $300 per week, including bills – I'm happy to consider different locations, but I'd prefer somewhere close to public transport for easy getting around.

I'm not keen on hostels – I'd really like to experience local life instead. I'm quiet, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. I also enjoy cooking and would be happy to share a meal now and then.
