Hi, my name is Banseok.
I’m from South Korea and currently on a working holiday visa.
I have a White Card and I am actively looking for full-time labour or construction work.

I am extremely clean and tidy — I always keep my room and shared areas very organised and hygienic. Cleanliness is very important to me.

I am quiet, respectful and easy to live with. I don’t smoke and I’m not a party person. I respect shared house rules and other people’s privacy.

I always pay rent on time and take good care of the property as if it were my own.

I’m currently looking to stay for about one month to start with, but I am very open to staying 6 months or longer if everything works well.
