I’m currently looking for a room in a furnished property here in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area (preferably 2290 postcode) and hoping to find a quiet, peaceful place to call home.
I work at the university as an academic in Management and Business Analytics, and I also run my own business as a contractor in the hygiene, cleaning services, and facilities management sectors. My schedule keeps me fairly busy during the week, so I really value coming home to a calm and comfortable space.
I’m friendly, respectful, and easygoing. I’m always happy to have a chat, but I also appreciate personal space and downtime. I’m very clean and tidy (it comes naturally with my work!), and I’m mindful of shared areas. I don’t have pets and I’m ideally looking for a pet-free home.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring local cafés, good coffee, cooking (happy to share a meal occasionally), going to the beach, watching movies, listening to music, and learning new skills. I really enjoy Newcastle’s coastal lifestyle and like to make the most of it when I can.
I’m looking to live with considerate, like-minded people who value cleanliness, communication, and a relaxed home environment rather than a party house.
