Looking for a place to call home from May 🌱

Hi! I’m coming back to Cairns for the dry season and would love to find a calm, welcoming space to land in. I’d also be open to buddying up with someone to find a place together — if that feels like a good fit!

I work casually as a tour guide (meaning I can be away for 4–10 days at a time), will be studying a diploma online and possibly picking up some extra work too. Having a stable, peaceful base to land between work trips is really important to me.

I’m an easygoing, tidy and mindful person. I love time in nature, camping and exploring, but equally enjoy quiet evenings at home reading, crocheting or sharing a meal.

I’ll be moving with my 9-year-old Border Collie, Chester. He’s a gentle, mature, well-behaved boy — you barely notice he’s there. Honestly, the chillest, coolest dude around (plenty of references to back that up 😅).I’m a very responsible and attentive owner and care deeply about maintaining a harmonious space for everyone.

I value independence and downtime, but also appreciate connection over a cuppa, glass of wine or meal with housemates. I’m looking for something wholesome & calm!
