I’m currently looking for share accommodation closer to work ideally in Maroochydore area but open to other areas, with a budget of up to $350 per week (inclusive of utilities).

A little about me: I’m a full-time professional who lives a quiet, clean, and healthy lifestyle. I value a calm and respectful home environment and am mindful of others’ space and routines. Home is my sanctuary, so I always keep shared areas tidy and well cared for.

In my downtime, I enjoy cooking, reading, and relaxing in a peaceful, well-kept space. I have excellent rental history, always pay rent on time, and am known for being reliable and considerate.

I’m hoping to find a like-minded household where everyone respects each other’s privacy while still being friendly and easy to live with.
