We are a couple in our 30s looking for a long-term rental. Agustín is 34 and I’m 30. We both work full-time and have a stable income.

We are responsible, clean and very tidy people. We take great care of the places we live in and treat them as our own. We are quiet, respectful and easygoing, and we value a peaceful and well-maintained home environment.

We always pay rent on time, keep common areas spotless, and communicate clearly if anything needs attention.

We are looking for a long-term place to call home and are ready to move in soon.
