I am from England and recently just arrived in Perth. I am in full time employment in Perth. I currently work in construction so up early and back by 5ish. I am a very respectful tenant with a long rental history should you need it.

I live an active lifestyle keeping fit, gym etc. I am a very sociable person but also value my own quiet time. Im a very clean and tidy person. Im up early for work and gym most days so you wont see much of me during the day.

I am looking for somewhere to settle, so 6-12 months works well for me, ideally need to be near train/bus station. Ideally north of the river, as i work up north.
