🌿 Working in Brisbane – Seeking Part-Week Stay (Weekdays Only)

Hi there,

I’m currently living on the Gold Coast and working full-time in Brisbane in international trading. Because of the commute, I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place where I can stay 3–4 nights per week (weekdays only).

I work Monday to Friday, but I wouldn’t need to stay every night, and I wouldn’t require the room on weekends. I’m hoping to find someone open to a part-week rental arrangement that works well for both of us.

• Clean, respectful and considerate in shared spaces
• Quiet during the week (mostly working, gym, and early nights)
• Financially stable and reliable with rent

I value a calm, tidy home environment where everyone respects each other’s space and routine. I’m very easygoing and independent, and I’d treat the home with care.
